We moved my son in when it first opened. He lived there for 3.5 years and just graduated December 14th. The apartment was subleased to another student. The location and amenities are the best in Auburn. The staff was great. The complaints I have are probably more toward the company. The price of the apartment is expensive and should include parking, and it does not. The parking price went up every year from $30 to $60. Also, there should be no extra charge for a higher floor. My son’s apartment had no eating area with chairs, or a bar area with chairs and most others do. It could be due to being a top floor corner unit. I feel that due to this do not charge me for parking or the higher floor. Also, the utilities are always very high. My son had a 2 bedroom and most months it was higher than my 2500 square foot home. He and his roommate were very conservative with the utilities as well. This is just my two cents on the complex.

Overall living here has been alright nothing close to perfect since you can clearly see where they cut corners building this place but aside from that it is a nice place the location was the one thing they truly got right. Actually paying to live here is where it gets into the weeds since they apparently jack rent by 20% from 1000ish to 1200ish and nowhere in the renewal did it say anything of the sort so on that front they are the embodiment of greed so take that as you will but again living Here isn't bad by any stretch but great is for sure pushing it, especially when they don't respond to fixing issues that can evolve further like a broken hinge on a glass shower door that could shatter and just general neglect like the elevators which got turned off 5 days after the inspection and take that much time or longer to get fixed and the fire alarm which is the boy who cried wolf with how often there isn't a fire.

My daughter and I have not even stepped foot on the property, but the level of customer service we have received has been excellent. As with many other incoming freshmen at Auburn, the housing frenzy is stressful, especially coming from out of state and having another child going off to college in Texas. From the first call with Michael, everyone there has been kind and helpful no matter how many times I called or emailed. Stephanie was super fast and responsive with emails. William was happy to answer questions when I called, and Julia was attentive in helping finalize everything and in answering my last few questions. As an out of state mom, I am so appreciative of this level of service and I feel great about my daughter living here in the Fall.

The security during game weekends is joke. Got my parents car booted this year and there were no signs for help. We have parked in the same spot the previous 2 years. Be careful where you park in the underneath parking area. Very little warning signs where you can park during game day. Should have someone
on duty for positive support and help during game day in the parking area.

BEST OFF CAMPUS APARTMENT IN AUBURN!!!! Only complaint is I could only stay for 2 years. Great common spaces and bedrooms, glass door shower was excellent. Always something happening to engage the residents. Clean hallways and parking garages. A lot of the apartments in Auburn will become just as awful as the rest of them after a year or so but not 320! This is a testament to Kayla & Julia & Alexander's leadership as well as Will and Gabby's knowledge of the building. Jesse and his team are also fantastic, quick prompt maintenance fixes and repairs. I cannot say enough good things about 320 West Mag and I wish I could move back in! AUBURNS BEST APARTENT COMPLEX

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it! Julia Steffen is an amazing manager! She is so understanding and caring compared to most. She has helped me tremendously! Definitely recommend 320 West Mag as a place to live.

320 W Mag is the best student housing facility. Julia, Jesse and the team have always made us feel welcome and have always been helpful. Very convenient and right across from campus.
