Took my jeep in for an oil change. That was fine. 4 days later my jeep started leaking a large amount of fluids from the inside not outside. (Cannot use Jeep at all) I went ahead and set an appointment, they didn't have anything till 3 weeks later. I waited and now the night before my appointment they cancelled on me because they didn't have staff. I understand places are short staffed but you could've informed me the week before not the night before! The soonest they have available is Nov 1st. More than a month away! I'm definitely taking my jeep elsewhere and i highly recommend everyone to do the same unless you want more problems and poor service. ?

Best car buying experience in a long time. They post competitive prices online, are responsive to inquiries and there were no special "conditions" to get the price listed. Kevin Trujillo was very helpful, always responding to my questions and made the whole process quick and painless. I would definitely buy here again in the future.

By far the easiest and quickest buying experience I have ever had. Brad Davis was so helpful and very attentive to all my questions. Then, Marina was by far the best Finance Director I’ve dealt with. She wasn’t speedy and thorough. Look them up for sure if you are in the market for a vehicle!!

Absolutely great experience buying a Jeep Compass Trailhawk with Larry Miller Jeep. Kevin was patient, listened to what I needed and wanted, gave me plenty of options and was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He worked with my budget, trade in and gave me a thorough walkthrough of my vehicle before I left. Chris, the GM worked with me on my trade to make it fit my purchase and budget to make the deal happen. Everyone was courteous, professional and friendly. I sent this review 5 days ago. “I have had my Jeep at Larry Miller service center three times in the past 19 months after buying a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in March 2023.”

I received nice response and I appreciate the sentiment. But my relatively new Jeep is back in Larry Miller’s shop again as of last Monday.. I was forced to escalate to a Service Center Manager last night so hopefully this will help.

I hope instead of a standard reply to this posting that someone actually looks into what is going on with my vehicle.
