I drove 860 miles to buy my 2016 Expedition. Connor was awesome through the whole process. He kindly made sure to put my name on the Expedition, when I told him I wanted to buy it. They gave me a fair trade value for my truck. Javier was my finance manager, he was super great to deal with. Alright, I never write reviews but I had to because of my experience today. First, the thought of buying a new car gives me so much anxiety because I don’t ever want to deal with pushy and untrustworthy salespeople and I never want to feel like I got ripped off because I work so hard for what I have but it was time to get rid of my 2008 vehicle…even though driving into the lot made me want to just keep it for as long as I could because I just couldn’t deal with what I thought I was about to experience. Chris Prange made my experience so great and I have no doubts whatsoever…no anxiety, no buyers remorse, I feel like I got the best deal they could give me and I have absolutely no regrets at all. This place is great and I highly recommend them…especially Chris. I’m still sitting here in shock at how good I feel and knowing that I now have a great new vehicle (love the new ford bronco) at a great price. No regrets and no I was not paid to say these things or forced into writing a review!
