This jewelry store has been in the neighborhood for decades, I remember buying my 3 finger ring back in 1983. Same owners!! Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Best prices in Park Slope. Highly recommended when it comes to buying jewelry or having jewelry repaired. They also buy gold at fair value.

Sal is the BEST! He'll help you with any jewelry project, from resizing to creating all new pieces. I had him turn an old ring into an engagement ring and wedding band. The results were perfection. The prices are straightforward and fair.

Brought in an eighteen carot gold bracelet with florentine finish to have cleaned. When I picked it up it had a high gloss shine. I asked for it to be fixed and I was told no. I would advise against using H and A Jewelers.

I had to have my ring cut off and they remade it, decorations and inscription and all, for about $120. It took less than a week. I'm very happy with their professionalism and speed.

Sal has been my Jeweler since I've been 15. I am now 48 and je is still my jeweler. I will be coming from Illinois to buy wedding bands with my fiance. Very trust worthy establishment. Sal you're the best. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

RUN AWAY AND DON’T LOOK BACK. Salsespeople are apparently trained not to discuss price before rendering services. Came in to have a silver pendant repaired. We all agreed that the repair would involve some basic soldering, but all the attendants would say is that they would need to outsource the job to another jeweler in Manhattan, and that they could not providr and estimate “ because they weren’t the ones doing the work.” Naturally, I mentioned that I did not feel comfortable as a first time customer handing over my property to them for a mystery-amount of money. The moment I asked about price the entire staff behind the counter ganged up me—including staff I had never even interacted with—peppering me with excuses and pointed questions like “what would make you think it could it be ANY amount of money.” Staff intended to take my property to outsource a basic repair without a discussion about cost. H and A Jewlers is FULL of red flags.
