From the very first contact I had with Stephanie, it has been very good. Considering it is the first time I've had to buy industrial machines,
She explained everything about the machines and also understood the time it will take for a purchase due to the processes I have to go through before I could make a purchase. the engineer also explained everything about the installation processes to my team.
So good experience all round dealing with MAG

Dealing with MAG has been amazing from
Start to Finish. Gavin is sales has been great and worked with us every step of the way and we didn’t even shop around MAG were that good. The whole team from Vicki, Rebecca, Jade and James have been amazing. This company really cares about its customers and I never dealt with such a company that’s is so customer focused. Nathan at LCI who did the installation continues that same ethos as MAG and has been so helpful with our trades prior to installation and throughout the install too. 5 star from start to finish. Highly recommend for your laundry equipment thanks Shaun and Kay - The Cleaner Moray

This is Fisherbeck in ambleside

Below is my experiences (statement of facts)

1. we bought two dryers and two washers August 2023. Now one washer constantly showing movement error. Please see pcitures

2. Mag sent engineers two times, for two days. They said repaired. After a few days the error constant up to this day. Have to write the machine off

3 mag charged the repair services despite new machine

4 now not more than one error, dryer constantly error code as per picture. Also mesh net broken as picture

5 we contacted primer in Spain. They simply throw us back to mag letting mag to constantly quote us exorbitant fees

6 one dryer and one washer written off. No more than error. Terrible suppliers and factory as personal experiences

7 previously I used Miele now I regret I chosen this Spanish brand

8 last year I wrote a bad review mag persuaded me to delete it. Now I understand they got all 5 reviews

9 over 15000 gbp wasted. Lesson for sharing
