Professional and friendly service.
But was disappointed to still have to wait for cash on card. The advertisement says leave with usable card in hand...if i have to wait 25days...the card isnt usable is it? If i pay to get my money faster, why am i still waiting. Not sure if I'll return this year

Great service, showed up a little early and Keith my MBA was ready to go and got started on it right away. Very thorough explained what he was doing throughout the process even though they have a second screen for clients to see exactly what they are doing it is nice that they take time to explain things. After everything was done he compared last years to this years explaining the increases and the changes to deductions as well. Overall was a pleasure or as much as can be expected when you are going through this stressful experience.

the service i recieved is first rate, but the agent is very good and very likable, i hate say anything bad but, she stunk from smoking soooo bad i had to go to the bathroom and trow up. i could smell her 10 feet away. not something i can do again.. .i do rate her service very high. but please dont remove her. just fix the smell. thank u for excellent service.
