My father had an emergency after hours and Dr. Wong did call back in a timely manner after i waited on line for over 15 minutes. He told my father not to go to Er, bt bring him in first thing in morning at 8am. Office is not open when we get there at 8am the next morning. By 810an im knocking on door and they open it. i tell them your sign says 8am and they said we know medical reception is running late. Tell them whats going on and why we r here. Come to find out Dr. Does not even come in till almost 9am. Reaching the office is another story, bt my father will not change offices for some crazy reason.

Called to get a fax number for this location. I was completely turned off by the receptionist. I work in the medical field and was completely shocked when I asked for the fax number she replied "for what?" I replied with "excuse me?" she said "Well you did not identify yourself." (SPEAKING VERY RUDE, LIKE I WAS INTRUDING ON HER TIME) Needless to say I found this very rude and I would not reach out to this office for any medical needs based simply on this business receptionist. YOUR FRONT DESK IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT POSTIONS, SETS THE MOOD FOR YOUR PRACTICE. SHE DID NOT SET A GOOD ONE. BY THE LOOKS OF THESE REVIEWS SHE NEEDS TO HAVE A TRAINING SESSION ON PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. I JUST CALLED BACK TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND I ASKED HER TITLE WHEN SHE ANSWERD THE PHONE "SHE IS EVERYTHING" LOL. WOW! I feel so bad for that practice and doctor. Your front desk is the worst and I am not even a patient. We will not be referring any patient to this facility. EVER.

The visit was fine but the medication prescribed had bad side effects after calling they kindle called back timely but kept trying to give me medication I refused multiple times now I'm here feeling I'll but not really much fault to either just wish a different option was offered other then pills that give me bad side effects.
