This is such a fabulous store with so many great brands. I am yet to purchase anything as there is never anyone there to help. I can in especially to try the new cle de pea range as I’ve heard about it online. It’s pricey so I’d like to find out more before I buy. No one on counter or nearby and the product wasn’t even out. Just an empty display stand.
I also loved the look of the Gucci make up but again no one approached and I didn’t dare touch.
The girls at Charlotte tilbury are very smiley and helpful but wasn’t what I was looking for.

Loved this - it’s a beauty playground. There’s plenty of space around the displays, staff around to support, a great range of products.

Lots of products and brands here that you might not be able to physically find outside of London, like Montale, BDK, Maison Kirkdjian, Pat McGrath, etc.

I went to smell some perfumes that I (obviously) cannot smell over the internet - and loved it. I was able to get some samples and spray to my heart’s content. It wasn’t super busy, even on a Saturday afternoon and it’s immaculately clean.

It’s Harrods, so it might not always be the lowest prices but it’s an experience!

Marta helped me find the perfect brown shade lip! Marta was very friendly and warm and listened to me and didn't make me feel embarrassed about budgets. The H Beauty can be very overwhelming and hard to find something. Marta was so kind and professional I really appreciated it.

Went in once in February 2023 for beauty products and could not find a single staff member to assist me. There were hardly any customers inside and yet the handful of staff there were either blatantly ignoring me or multiple were focused on a single customer at a time. I was hoping to expand my experience with some more high end products that I knew nothing about at the time and could not figure out which brand to prioritize as they were all spread out with no clear descriptions on any label. Needless to say, I left empty-handed and dejected.
I returned a couple months ago to replace my skin care, of which I knew a lot about due to living in Korea for a time. However, when I was trying to find the desired ingredients that Koreans use, I was approached by a condescending member of the staff. Likely worried about my google search of the brand names + scam. The person looked up the ingredients I mentioned, as though they knew nothing about skin care, and suggested I tried a drug store. Which I was happy to do when comparing their poorly covered acne to my own glassy skin.
My time in this store did lead me to the source of a couple poorly trustpilot reviewed brands and some others that I know have encountered scandles in the past. Nothing I looked at had an ounce of the correct ingredients for what they promised to achieve. And many products are entirely unnecessary trends that were disgustingly overpriced. Do not waste your time here, your health and beauty depends on it.

Despite not knowing a thing about makeup but knowing I wanted to buy foundation, I managed to have a seamless experience at Charlotte Tilbury thanks to Elyssa. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable of Charlotte Tilbury products all while having a constant smile on her face. Her welcoming demeanour made my experience and I can’t wait to return. Thanks again ❤️
