I listed a 1963 f100 gasser. MAG did a terrible job. I dropped the truck off Monday for Friday auction, paid $500 to list plus a 5% seller fee. All good until auction day. The truck I built, had over $20k in parts, the frame was powdercoated silver all the rest of the suspension powdercoated as well. Olds 455 bb and TH350. The long block was clean, good running motor and new trans motor had tunnel ram 2 4bbl all new stuff water pump alt distributor etc. paint and body was a 3 out of 10 no rust though, interior clean, new windshield and current registration, insurance, street legal all lights work. I went with no reserve was gambling on a bidding war for a good deal, turns out someone got a great deal because MAG did a terrible job. Their sound system was poor, very loud and difficult to understand what was being said. The auctioneer was inexperienced to say the least and bidding started off at $1300 and hammered at $3300, anyone that knows cars would have stopped the auction talked about the truck, hype up the crowd and do something to get more out of it not only for me the seller, but them as a auction company so they would make more too. It was obvious they didn’t care. I was not expecting to get 20k but maybe somewhere around $8500-$12k. It is not a truck for everyone but with 400+ bidders, $3300 was embarrassing for them as a auction company.

From consigning on line to signing in, the crew at MAG auctions were down home and appreciative of my lack of familiarity with auctions. Mike in particular was straight forward with his advice before the sale and during the actual moment. Sold a 2024 Mustang Dark Horse and 2023 Corvette LT3 Corvette and got what the market is paying. Thank you again Emily, Diane, Mike and the rest of the MAG crew. I'll see you again.

Great Company to work with. I see a few comments about $100 fees. This is pretty normal when bidding at an auction. If someone just wants to view the vehicles being sold, they have a website they can visit which is free.

I've had nothing but great experiences with MAG. All transactions went smooth and I got a pretty good deal on some great vehicles. They are my go to place when I'm looking for something unusual or a classic.

Stay away from this site! They charge you a $100 registration fee for “browsing” the lots. I wanted to look at the vehicles but if I knew I’d be charged $100 to do so, I wouldn’t have even bothered. Such a terrible way to do business.

Stay far away from these scam artist. They will try to charge a sneaky $100 registration fee without any indication of so on an online auction. They will hide it way down on the bottom of page and then after you don't see that and bid, they will pull the item from sale. No indication or asking if you authorize or agree to the fee, just a sneaky charge. VERY POOR BUSINESS. VERY poor customer service, the first two I talked tried to pass me off to a VM. The final person I talked to after I contacted my bank about FRAUDULENT CHARGE on my credit card was extremely rude and dismissive. Used the standard tag " I am sorry you feel that way" Karen the gate keeper was extremely rude as well.

** My response to owner below. TYPICAL response BY owner as you can see, no accountability or integrity. Who charges a reg fee without asking if bidder agrees or not first? Sneaky Bad businesses who are NOT ACCREDITED and are low rent types with no integrity. On top of that you put an item up for auction and then pull it after charging me a registration? Please....what a joke. People if you decide to deal with these guys after reading these reviews do at your own risk. I had to contact my bank, disputed charges, filed a complaint against Proxibid with BBB cuz these losers aren't even accredited, so this should give you some sort of indication as well what SCAM ARTIST you are dealing with.

Sneak charged $100 to look at cars they’re auctioning off on ProxiBid website. Never bid, nor had any intent to bid. New to that website. Non-sense! I will be reporting to BBB and disputing the charge on my card. If I don’t get my money back I’ll be leaving reviews on every website they’re mentioned on.
