The owner was so helpful when I was looking for a tequila as a gift and walked me through what was worth the price, even steering me away from the most expensive bottles. Class act! They also have an amazing selection of beer in their walk in beer cave.

Definitely overpriced for a lot of the liquor here.
Other than that, staff were friendly, and helpful. Not much of a wide selection but we got what we wanted and that’s all that matters.

Stopped by here for beer the other day and I'm a big fan. Being in the neighborhood, there's a few liquor stores around, but this one is really coming together. Great selection, love the beer cave, and prices are fair (maybe a bit cheaper, as of Dec '23).
Owner was also super friendly and has great plans for the future of the site beyond just the liquor store. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Came in here once on a whim after walking past it for a few weeks and haven’t gone anywhere else since!! I love the selection and the people who work here always have a good recommendation for me and a good conversation to continue when I come back the next time! This is Theee Liquor Store on H Street for me! Don’t even bother going anywhere else

I never leave reviews, but I have applaud the customer service at this place. I bought a stale pack of IPAs, and when I emailed, Sorab promptly got back to me and offered me a refund or exchange. Besides the kind service, the selection here is great and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!
