I had a great buying experience! I don’t enjoy buying cars or dealing with reselling my current vehicle. It has to be quick and convenient or I’m likely to not go through with it. Dulce was excellent. We did a super quick test drive on a couple versions of the Wrangler and I was out with quotes on prices that night. I decided to move forward but had a very small window to buy before leaving town. She had the paperwork prepped and management/finance were so fast. I was in and out turning over my car and leasing the next within an hour. What a dream! If it wasn’t for them being overly accommodating of my schedule, it wouldn’t have happened. 10/10 go see Dulce!

One of the shortest and pleasant new car buying experiences I have had. Messaged ahead the day before to verify they still had the Wrangler I was interested in and received a prompt response. Setup and appointment for the following morning and they had the vehicle pulled around and ready for a test drive the moment we arrived. After the test drive, we were able to get all the paperwork done and out the door in less than 2 hours. We've bought 2 vehicles from LHM and each experience was pleasant. They respected our request for minimal time in dealership and had everything ready to come in sign and take delivery. I'd have given 5 stars but there was a hiccup with the titling and getting the right person to correct it was a little bit of a struggle but it got straightened out. I still recommended them though and very happy with our latest purchase!

My 2014 Dodge Durango gave up on me. Drove to the service department and unfortunately it was not worth the fix. Max at the sales department followed up promptly and kept in good communication. I browsed cars on the website and notified him about possible options for upgrading my car. Max is so kind and understanding. Max had the cars I browsed online ready at the front for a test drive. He was able to talk to Sterling in regards to giving me a little more for my trade in. Great car buying experience!!!
