I have been going here for about the past 6 years and have had great experiences. Dr. Mooreheard is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He is very thorough with his plan of care. The rest of the staff are all extremely friendly. I received the IRPL treatment and after the 4 treatments have been completed, I no longer notice the dry eye symptoms I had before. I am overall very pleased with the care I have received here. The ladies at the front desk are great and always return my calls promptly.

I do not recommend this place. All they seem to care about is money and takes forever to be seen. The only good thing about this place is that the lady that does the contacts is very helpful and nice. No one ever calls you back when they say they will I’ve been hung up on repeatedly.

I recently visited Hamilton Eyecare Center for the first time due to my insurance changing and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly due to a cancelation and of course, needed new glasses. It is so nice to have glasses that are clear and don't have any reflection or glare on them like my old pair did. (Previous eye doctor's office screwed my lenses up several times.) I had to stop in one more time to have them adjusted and the optician was so patient and worked hard to make sure they fit correctly. Thank you to everyone in the office for your help! I'm thrilled with my new glasses!

Great office visit. But had to wait over an hour for optical department after my appointment to place an order for my glasses. This is not my first time waiting at this office. I suggest you get your script and go somewhere else to get your glasses

If you have dry irritated eyes I highly recommend the IRPL treatment. It’s not cheap, but so far worth every penny. 1 st treatment eyes felt better than they have in years!
