TERRIBLE. As others have said, it's all about the money. Dr. Lutts has a terrible bedside manner (if any at all). Staff is completely indifferent. One problem, one fee. Head and knee hurt? Let's do two office visits. You're simply a commodity to be herded thru for the office visit fee. Held my RX refill hostage until I came in for a completely unnecessary office visit (simple maintenance drug). Kept telling me on demand visits aren't available at the office, why? Bigger fees for in-person, right? No regard for the patient as a human, only dollar signs here. Plus, the office is derelict, run down and, as one reviewer posted earlier, there are dozens of home made, printed signs everywhere telling patients what they CAN'T and what they're responsible for. It's like a prison infirmary. I'll never darken those doors again.

This practice is simply a grift, the staff is robotic and treats patients without concern. Signs are posted everywhere reminding you that you are only allowed to ask Dr Lutts about why you’re there otherwise must make a new appointment. Seems like they just want to “turn tables” and get more billing. Honestly, AI or google search is better served than this practice. It’s all about the money here not the patient. What a terrible example of medical care

Dr Mina Lutts is my primary care physician. Her office personnel are extremely professional and helpful. Janet spent an entire day making phone calls getting me through my insurance company's referral process after an emergency room visit and follow-on appointments at an out of state hospital while I was on vacation.

In May, I became ill. Had self-diagnosed myself with vertigo and migraine. This went on for at least 4 days or more. One afternoon, as I was driving, I hit a curb...I was unable to drive think or even concentrate. My doctor was out of the office and Dr. Lutts agreed to see me. She was kind patient and very comforting in explaining that I had diabetes and should immediately go to the ER. If not for her... I dont know if I would be here. My first interaction with this disease and I was admitted ro the hospital for 4 days. Diabetic ketoacidosis. I am thankful for Dr. Lutts and her nurses. They are wonderful and great people! Most of all they care!

I have been going to this practice for 30 years. One of my visits I met a new doctor who I liked much better than Dr. Lutts. I asked if I could switch my care to the new doctor and was told I couldn’t that I needed to see Dr. Lutts or find a new physician elsewhere. Very disappointed with this decision. I would not recommended this practice to anyone. Very shady.

I'm very disgusted with the manner that Dr Lutz treats her patients. Was seeing by her the other day and she tries to force taking the covid vaccine. She's also made the statement that anyone that does not get the vaccine will be a global threat. They won't be able to travel they won't be able to purchase anything. To me this is an unprofessional way of treating your patients. Believe it's time to find another physician. This would never have occurred if Dr Walters was still in practice

They have a very bad behaviur that they don’t care about the patients health and thier emergency to go to them and gave appoints very far and say go to to emergency room if you don’t want to wait how come they do this without taking careof anything they don’t care about the patient just thier routine

I really like Dr, Lutts. Very good doctor. But it is a real struggle to get prescriptions refilled when needed. I fight a continual prescription refill battle with this practice. Not a good situation.
