I am in love with H & H Science products! I have used over 20 different products by them and EVERY SINGLE ONE is so good and does exactly what it’s made for! I’m 45 years old and for almost 2 years now my husband and I have the best skin ever! The whole line is magical with the results! My newest favorite is the needle free serum! My must have is the moisture repair lock and hydrating boost! I even use the body lotion and my skin is so much firmer! Every problem I had, not only has this line fixed it, it doesn’t even return! Can’t thank them enough! Forever customer here!

Want to get a subscribe and save product from here? Don't bother. It's not worth the numerous headaches you'll encounter. Since June of 2021, I've ordered only one product, Clear Skin vitamin pills, and requested it to be sent every 2 months. The first problems began when orders didn't show up on time, they were sent far too late so there were days missed of a nightly medication. I'd have to call several times to ask where my order was. I asked to have it shipped a few days early, so I wouldn't miss any nights of taking the pills. I was always assured it wouldn't happen again, then on several occasions throughout the years it still wouldn't be on time. Once, the wrong product was sent; it was a form of clear skin vitamins that were more costly. The lady I spoke with tried to convince me this was a good thing since 'they were technically even better for you,' despite the cost being higher. I explained I had a fixed budget for these pills and I wasn't going to pay more for a product I didn't want in the first place. She didn't seem to understand this, still believing it wasn't an issue to not receive what you ordered, but thankfully I didn't need to pay additionally. However, those specific pills came in a higher quantity than the usual order, so I requested that they wait an additional few months before sending me my usual vitamins so I could use up what I had. They still sent me the clear skin vitamins way too early. I finally asked to stop the subscription entirely for a while so I could continue to use up the vitamins without having to worry about them sending more. Then, a few months later, when I wanted to start up the subscription again they asked for my address, phone number and credit card number, which was strange since why wouldn't it already be in the system? After that, one of my next orders was a completely different product that had an unopened container and a partly used item. They explained they accidentally sent me another customer's order (a labeling mistake) so I had to exchange it for mine. Now currently, way over 2 months since my last order was received, there hasn't been another package with my pills. It's like my subscription was forgotten again. This time, after so many problems and numerous chances given (when I probably shouldn't have given more), I'm done. Even if there isn't an issue for a few months, it happens at some point and now I always expect a problem to happen in the future. I was constantly told it wouldn't occur again. "It's a new system, trying to work out the flaws." Or "Someone wrote down the wrong information." Or "Your order doesn't exist/we can't find it." Or "The shipping place made a mistake." Everyone was very kind and helpful over the phone, yet the inconsistencies were constant and frustrating, I'm tired of it. I expect an order to arrive on time. It's understandable if there's a mistake or two in the beginning, but this is unacceptable. I will be getting my vitamins through another location from now on.
