I’m super late on writing this, but I had a great experience with Heather! I got 3 bracelets (2 gold and 1 silver) at a Mother’s Day brunch she was at! She was so personable and the experience flew by as we chatted about different things! I am wanting to get a few more bracelets done and definitely will be returning to her. I got my bracelets done in May, it is now August and they still look brand new. I’m very impressed because I’m a very active mom. No tarnishing and no color change! Not to mention she is literally the most affordable permanent jewelry artist I have ever found, with great quality! Book with Heather, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend! I called Heather on a Saturday and asked if she had any same day availability. She had already left for the day but said she could meet me back at the salon! I'm so glad she did... my daughter and I both got bracelets and have had zero issues with them. It's been over a month and they still look great!

Heather is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She’s done my lashes for about a year and absolutely never disappoints! She cuts my teenage sons hair and last visit at the last minute I decided to try her permanent jewelry and I am in love!! She’s so friendly and easy to work with I just can’t imagine going anywhere else!! VERY highly recommend!

I truly have gone back and forth on posting this review but even after a few days the experience I had has left a bad taste in my mouth. I was so excited for this appointment as it was a treat for myself for my bday. We arrive and it’s immediately negative vibes and the owner made me feel like my appointment was an inconvenience to her. She was talking about her other clients to me and not very nicely, so I can only imagine what she had said about me to someone else. The other issue I had is she has her pricing listed on the website so I was prepared to pay a certain amount. When picking out the jewelry she mentioned that some were 65 and others were 75 which was totally fine I didn’t have an issue with that at all. It was when she realized I was there for an anklet instead that she then added another 10 dollars on the price because of it being an anklet. Which was stated to her when booking this appointment with her. When I questioned her about it she got very defensive with me. I’m a business owner and first impressions are everything in my business. I could not fathom treating a new client the way I was treated. I left two stars because I do love my anklet and I’ve had no issues with it staying on but the customer service was appalling to me. Very unprofessional.
