I was able to connect with the service manager named Mike. He stayed in contact with me via my cell phone, even letting me know when he would be in and out of the office. I finally was able to return and he was such a pleasure to work with. All of my concerns were addressed Immediately. He did not attempt to make any excuses. He got with the staff, and he even assisted with rectifying the problems. They issues were minor, but the point is that he was willing to take the time to make sure I received the service that I deserved. Because of my interaction with him, and because I truly love the brand and what they stand for, I am changing my stars to 5. As consumers, it’s important to review (fairly) companies that we patronize. Always allow them the chance to fix any mistakes before leaving a bad rating. Thanks again, Mike, to you and your team!

I was excited to find a standalone dealership. From the time I dropped my car off until I returned a few days later, everything was fine. All of the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and delivered top-notch service. My complaint is that Genesis is considered a luxury brand and I’m disappointed that my car was not washed before I picked it up. In addition, I’m on the road taking a long trip and went to use the windshield wipers and there is no solution. The reservoir was not empty when I dropped the car off because I do a lot of traveling so I’m using it quite often. Nevertheless, after having a service done on the car, that is one of the things that should have been checked along with all other low fluid levels. Awaiting a esponse to see how this was missed.
