I absolutely despise this place

From trying to sell a bad ass truck to them to dealing with the service department.

They will leave you unanswered and fail to reply to simple questions or updates.

My all-around experience has been a disaster.

I used to really like this place.

I will never buy another Ram or use the service department again.

Also,

If your vehicle needs a part that’s under warranty and its going to take a minimum of 2 month to get said part, they will not provide you with a loaner vehicle ?

? Moper Warranty ?

Will tell you good luck and kick rocks …..

The RAM 2500 I have is damn near a lemon!

Transmission problems like crazy!!!

I’ll be seeking litigation If they can’t figure something out quick!

Moper warranty will make you wait for months to get repairs and not supply you with a reasonable replacement vehicle and or any kind of vehicle whatsoever ?

They’ve had my vehicle in that service shop for months!!! More times than you’ll imagine.

It’s been frustrating to say the lease……

The lack of compassion, integrity and morals is just not here anymore guys.

I’ll be replacing all my vehicles with another American company as soon as I get my truck back hopefully between 2 - 6 months from now by there estimate?

I’ve been loyal to this brand but now they burnt down that bridge forever.

Love my Jeep rubicon! The buying experience with Jerry in Surprise was amazing and simple he was great at communicating via text and in person and offered me the options i wanted and helped me understand the differences in the jeeps. Jerry was a great person to work with and made everything simple and did not give me the usually sales runaround. The sales manager helped with discounts and the purchasing process was simple

Towed my Wrangler in for a check engine light and death wobble.

Spoke with Tyler, my service advisor. Gave him all the info, got everything set up easily with him. Tyler called me when my tow driver just dropped the keys at the desk without saying anything, to confirm the vehicle was mine.

Even though the service department was very busy, within a couple days I got a call back from Tyler with the diagnosis and options to repair my vehicle. Tyler was honest and told me about a manufacturer recall for my Jeep instead charging me for the repair.
Tyler provided recommended services that should be performed on my vehicle without pushing the matter.
Overall I'm very pleased with the service I received! Hopefully we won't meet again but if the time arises again, my vehicle will go back to this dealer.

I received a 'letter" from the sales department to buy my current auto. Mind you I have never bought a vehicle from them or any Larry H miller. Or Even put in a credit app or had any of my autos at any Larry H Miller. But they get my name Address and current loan pay off from some unknown 3rd party. This is very Shady behavior. It also shows how desperate these dealerships are to sell vehicles.

They pull your information claiming it's public knowledge and can see your current auto loans . Claiming your credit bureau information is public information. This isn't ethical behavior as far as I am concerned.

Awesome dealership! The delivered my gladiator 180 miles away in a rural area with no charge and no problem at all! They crush prices better than other places and got me what I wanted. I’m happy and i can fully recommend them 100%. Blake deserves a raise 100%.

Jim was a great service provider, he gave us help offered advice and when that advice didn’t work they fixed our issues. He kept in touch and followed up quickly and got us our part as soon as he could so we could get back on the road. Even the shuttle experience was great very quick, offered it to drop me off and bring me back to get my van! It’s rare to get this kind of service so when it does I want others to know it! Highly recommend this dealership, we didn’t even buy our car from them but they still gave us great service and welcomed us in!

Our sales person John was great! Communication was great. No price haggling at all. The delivery of the vehicle took way too long given the amount of notice given that we would be there. I was told an hour from the time I said move forward and it took over two hours from the time we arrived. Total time was over 3.5 hours.
