Great experience having my car serviced today! I originally came in for an oil change, which included a full inspection that showed that 8 items failed.

Luis did a great job of reviewing the report with me and even shared what services I should prioritize. I also liked that there was no pressure to come back. Some mechanics can be too pushy when it comes to getting services done at their location… I trust that they will take care of my car here and give me honest feedback. Definitely coming back!

1-first incident beginning of 2024, missing lug nut on the rear passenger tire (see pic).
nobody works on this vehicle except Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa.
i didn't realize this until a have a flat tire one day and found out about that.

2-June 2024, vehicle brought in for a new tire replacement but when i got home i saw a "check tire pressure" on the dashboard. the next day, i take a closer look and found out there's a puncture from the inside of the tire!! got a photo to prove it too.

3-beginning of October 2024, i bought the vehicle for oil change and tires balance.
when the service was done, the advisor told me that all the lug nuts had to be changed because it's swollen. see picture of the lug nuts before i drove off the lot that day.
what?

4-middle of 2024, brought the vehicle in for a tire rotations. when it was done, the lock nut was still on the tire!! the female advisor was there and saw it too.

i understand there are scammers and stupid people everywhere but i don't expect a scammer & embecile at Nissan dealer. i'm willing to pay the dealer price b/c i don't want to deal with the headache. bewarned to all the customers.

Nissan needs to get rid of the scammer mechanics and hire a more knowledgeable advisor.

After two hours of waiting, I checked my phone and my car had not been put in line for repair. Talk to the person at the desk told him I wanted my car brought up that I would reschedule cause I had an appointment. Then they told me they only needed 15 minutes and they could have my car ready. I now believe they did the alignment and filter replacement in about 25 or 30 minutes, which leaves me scared to drive my car but I need to have someone else check it out. I told them I didn’t care. I just wanted my car back and I would leave and reschedule. They said that they’re software that showed the projection of the repair was not working correctly, but I checked at 10 minutes later and my account had been deleted

This is the dealership to go to! I worked with their best specialist, Kendall. He is phenomenal. The process was very simple, quick and met all my needs. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Very smooth. I'm impressed and grateful.

Awesome customer service as always! Never disappointed! After getting my Armada service and receiving great attention to detail for road trip , there was a screw I misplaced for the battery bracket. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask before leaving the dealership for Thanksgiving. I remember and went back 10 minutes before closing Wow! All hands in the service department was on deck, a manager and 2 crew members pitched in! No job is too big and obviously not to small. Thanks Team!
