I drove all the way to this dealership from way East in traffic waiting for some Guy Kris to call me back, when I called the dealership, the operator answered saying something about they are so busy but when I got there, it was a Ghost Town. I used the restroom walk through the showroom when nobody said hello or anything, I proceeded out to the cars finding them on my own, where I found the car that I already worked a deal on at another store, but it got sold, and I have everything my title to the trade, New exactly which car I wanted had a easy numbers already worked out Internet price, reasonable price for my trade easy deal.. walked around the car multiple times sat there in the hot sun for about 30 minutes when finally a kid name Jesus came up to me and asked if I needed help said yes he told me he would be right back. Waited another 20 minutes When finally a couple guys start walking by me that worked there as salesman when I thought they were going to help me they just walked right past joking around with each other And did not even say hello or if I needed anything. What kind of car dealership is that that? All of the employees messing around with each other no customers on the lot except for me and no one would even help me with my title in hand 780 FICO …. I really want the car, Drove an hour and a half in traffic , man I want the car but the way I was treated I’m turning around and heading home
