I have been rear impacted by a driver of your company destroying my vehicle, it's been nearly 1 month since this incident and this person working on behalf your company have refused to provide insurance plus ignoring my legal claim team contact attempts.

Highly unprofessional conduct that a company representative causes this level of damage to a third party driver and simply ignores all communication attempts. I am hard working individual and currently having my work activities highly disrupted plus incurring unforeseen expenses.

I require urgently to be provided insurance details to have them forwarded to my legal claim team to have this resolved

Highly frustrated with their service. They are not committed to timeline posted on website. I had my parcel booked with them by JB Hi Fi as priority delivery. First of all they don’t provide any window as in by when they will
Come and once you missed the delivery then they will take days to sort it out. Sharing this so that others people think twice before trusting their commitments mentioned on their website.

worst delivery service, I paid for express shipping through JB HiFi and my order was in this depot for 2 days without moving while I were waiting for my order as a special gift for my family. Their Customer service agent had no idea how to locate my order but just tell me exactly what I can see when using their tracking number. Useless service. Will never order anything online with JB Hi Fi, they should change their courier service.

Horrible. Will never be ordering through these guys again. Selected express shipping through JB Hi-Fi they tried to deliver it when I wasn’t home. I inquired for it to get delivered again 2 times after that. They never came. I went into a live chat room with them a few times to get an update, and all they said was it’s coming tomorrow. Which it didn’t. I then asked them if I can just pick it up from the depot in my town, and they said they will get back to me with information to do that, it’s been 5 days and no email. The item is in a depot in my town, all I need is the location and I will go there myself. Very disappointing and will never be going through them again. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Items picked up a week ago and no record in their system. Only thing they suggest is calling the person who is sending them which I have done multiple times and they have confirmed pick up. Where's my stuff now Toll has it and can't track it/find it and are absolutely no use at all. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely disgraceful. I have purchased petrol fire fighting pump and was told it was delivered to my address in primrose sands. I wasn't. Three times I rung toll and they promised to follow up with the driver but never did.
Stupid driver that does not know how to find the address, stupid and incompetent administration that does not care, no customer service.
