Bought a lot of stuff yesterday. Came back home and found out that the necklace is broken. Now they can’t even replace it, they gave us store credit that we can use only in this store and no other of their stores. SO DISAPPOINTED ?

For this store to be so unique and beautiful the attitude of the manager is soooooo UGLY. I don’t know if it’s a race thing but I was treated ever so poorly by him. I’ve never been treated that way in a store before. I believe his name was Justin (tall slim white guy with low cut)

Becca was a super star, unfortunately her attempts to show me a good experience wasn’t enough after my H. Lorenzo experience was soured by this guy.
