I recently had the pleasure of staying at H Hotel in Los Angeles, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stylish and modern design of the hotel, which set the tone for a great stay.
The room I stayed in was immaculate—spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance was both cozy and chic. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design and upkeep of the space, making it a perfect blend of comfort and style.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out.
Overall, I highly recommend H Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Los Angeles. My stay was nothing short of excellent, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend from Oct 4-6th, a room with two full beds with 4 people accounted for in the booking.

Positive notes, the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with a great restaurant downstairs. The location itself is perfect to get to multiple spots in LA, and in the heart of K-Town there were many places to eat and explore.

On the negatives, There were no microwaves or fridges in the hotel rooms, which would not be an issue if the restaurant/cafe downstairs was open later in the evening. The restaurant closes early this time of the year at 4pm, which is very annoying considering that if I were to get food elsewhere I have nowhere to store it, no where to heat it up, and each room had a 1 gallon trash can, making a stay with 4 people in a two bed room very challenging. The restroom/shower inside the bedrooms lack any kind of real privacy, and you would find better privacy in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas compared to this. The bathroom doors/walls used frosted glass, you can clearly see the outline of people using the bathroom, and more details considering the toilets are facing the beds, and when you are sharing a room with 4 people it does make using the bathroom awkward.

Its almost like the room was designed by someone that doesn't understand why most hotels and even motels have a wall and door isolating the restrooms from the rest of the room. How does a cheap motel offer more amenities than this hotel?

They did not supply our room accordingly with the amount of people staying in the room, and the front desk would forget to bring us pillows or additional blankets unless we came down several times to request it. We are just lucky we packed shampoo, soap, and an extra bath towel.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a great restaurant downstairs, but all of these negatives and downsides just made me not want to stay here next time.

I booked this stay because it looked modern in the photos but I did not expect to get catfished! Upon pulling up to the parking lot, it looked super sus from the outside. Looked very old and outdated which made me worry.

The worst part was seeing how old and tiny the room actually was. There was no fridge and the windows had some pull down plastic that looked dirty instead of blinds. It doesn’t stop here - the room we was facing the main road and we did not sleep the entire night!! Not the hotels fault but the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. We asked to switch rooms the next morning and the front desk man said there was a quieter room available so we took it. THIS ROOM WAS EVEN WORST. Whoever cleaned the room did not do a good job because there was food crumbs still on the floor and we didn’t feel like complaining again so we didn’t say anything.

Then came night time and we tried to sleep. There was literally loud stomping noises from the floor above the entire night from 12am -8am. We had called the front desk and he said he would go check it out around 3am (he hung up on me after he said he would) and after he checked, i still heard it so i called back around 4am and he sounded irritated and said he already warned the people, and he will check again. Calls me back and says they were sleeping and he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. So the stomping proceeded until 8am and we didn’t sleep again.

Very bad service! We slept worst at this hotel than any other place ever. The Hispanic man who works in the Valet was probably the best worker we encountered. Didn’t catch his name, but he was an older gentleman who worked morning and night.

Would not recommend this to anyone. Not sure how they have 5 star reviews.
