Everyone at MAG does an OUTSTANDING job at customer service. I was in a bind & a friend referred me to them just from driving by. I gave them a call, explained my dilemma & within 10 minutes had an invoice sent! I worked with M. Orr & she is the absolute best! From the moment we spoke on the phone, walking through the doors, to making sure the car had a full tank of gas. She was kind, understanding, & very sweet to my daughter.
Update…M. Orr was the best but the male that works there is unprofessional & breaks the law! He came to my house beating on the door after midnight dressed in all black! My daughter was scared to death! The neighbors were also scared! I missed his phone call to extend my rental. He was acting so big & bad & I bet he wouldn’t have done that to a man!
