Literally grabbed this guy from my neighbor's house... Steve came by and gave me a tutorial on what he's doing and what's needed and got things taken care of within 45 minutes. Honest and fair!

Steve and his team are are top notch. Did a full inspection of the unit and identified exactly what had to be fixed and fixed with no messing around. Service was a a good value and we are glad the unit is under their care now. Highly recommend MAG Aire.

I have known Steve for a long time. He is honest, reliable, attentive, and fair. He will never take advantage, which is rare in today's world, and much less in the AC business when it is a necessity in Florida. He is not only responsive, but he works hard for all his costumers and is able to diagnose/fix problems promptly. He knows his systems, makes recommendations based on his experience, and is adept at installation, maintenance, and repair. He has done all for me with excellence. I recommend Steve and this company without reservation as simply one of the best in this area!

-Enthusiasm-by willingly sharing accurate assessments of repair situations and checking with me to ensure I completely understood and then rendering concise options for solutions. The same level of Enthusiasm was demonstrated with a breadth and depth of knowledge of various replacement AC products which allowed me to make a well-informed, comfortable decision for purchase.
