I made a reservation for a U-haul truck rental for an in town move. The truck I had reserved had not been returned on time by the previous renter so it was not available when I arrived. Sam handled the situation well by first contacting a nearby location to see if they had the truck size I requested, and when they did not, she offered a slightly smaller truck with a complimentary trailer. That option worked well and I appreciate her efforts. Sam was great to work with and I will rent here again for future moves.

Sam at A&H Rentals is AMAZING! So helpful and friendly. The absolute BEST experience I have had with a U-haul rental. Much respect to Sam who provides superior customer service in a world where customer service is subpar. Thank you, Sam!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

An all around awful experience. I went to pickup a reserved uhaul and after waiting for 20 minutes was told it wasn't available and that I'd have to take a larger truck or nothing. I asked for assistance in finding one at a different location and she gave me an incorrect phone number then left the building. They are understaffed, not interested in providing customer support, maintain a dirty office space, and smoking on the premise. Would never book a uhaul from this location again; highly recommend avoiding them.

Inside of Building was VERY cluttered. Cute with the random pics & nostalgia, but cluttered, crowded and trashy. We showed up early for our 10:30 am appt and waited at least 30 min to be seen. Only one person, it was not her fault…but took forever because there were 10-15 other people who showed up with one person working. I should get 30 min refund since that time was taken away from me waiting. We waited for her outside too for a good 15 min and got sunburnt in the 95° weather. I rated it 2 stars because I felt sorry for the 1 person working here. Need to clean up the place and make it look more professional.

Moving is stressful. No matter what. Sam was so accommodating that I really felt she had my back on moving day. Even when things were pushed behind schedule. Always returned my calls promptly and took care of us. She was the highlight of our moving day. Thank you Sam!

Sam is AMAZING! She was more than happy to assist me in picking the proper equipment for the job I needed done and the price was more than reasonable. She is very knowledgeable in her profession and was able to dull it down for me to understand (kind of ) the concepts of backing up a trailer. Sorry for the parking job on the return. I encourage everyone to utilize this location as she offers more than moving trucks and always a great conversation with a genuine smile.

Selected this location as pick up/drop off spot for recent U-Haul rental. Attempted to contact location two days prior to rental to confirm all was set since the location is 1.5 hours away from my home, but did not receive a reply. Arrived at 8am morning of my appointment and checked in via the 24/7 U-Haul Truck Share app and lockbox was empty. After waiting 1 hour and making multiple calls into the numbers posted on the front of the building, I finally received a call back. While they were able to get me another truck for the day, the whole experience wasted a full hour of move time for my son and could have been easily avoided if the company took a little more pride in the business they are in. I would not use this business again and would strongly recommend finding alternatives.

This place claims to be open but they are closed. Doesn’t answer their phone when they wrote on the door to call support. This business isn’t clearly serious. Came in for in store pick up but now I couldn’t tried the mobile pick up but I can’t because they never provided the key to codes. Waisted my time, save yours by going elsewhere.
