Booked storage in amalfi so we could explore without our backpacks for a few hours.
Easy to book - bit trickery to find from address but reviews and description of location helped = white building on outside. Storage is in a shop - was not fully secure and was on shop floor but suited us. Would use again and host was friendly. Thanks

라스페치아에서 친퀘테레 당일치기 여행 때 이용했어요
캐리어 큰거 2개 5유로씩+수수료 해서 13유로 결제했어요.
bounce 맵으로 예약(13:00~19:30) 했어요..!
여기서 문제가 터져버렸습니다.. 친퀘테레에서 이러저런 이유로 기차를 놓쳤고 바로 다음 기차를 탓지만 이것마저 10분 지연되는 바람에 라스페치아역에 도착하니 7시반이 훌쩍 넘어버렸어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 8시 영업 종료래서 엄청 뛰어갔지만 셔터가 내려가 있었어요.. 절망하고 있는 찰나에 사장님이 셔터를 올리셨고 우리를 기다리고 있었다면서 캐리어를 돌려주셨습니다

다른 분들도 짐 맡길 일 있으면 여기서 맡기시는거 추천해드립니다!! 내부가 거창한 짐 보관소는 아니지만 열쇠로 잠금도 하시고 철저히 보관해주시는 것 같아 믿음이 갔어요!!

⭐️역에서 이곳에 가는길에 계단이 꽤 있어요.. 짐이 많이 무거우시다면 삥 돌아가는 방법도 있습니다!! 그렇게 안멀고 내리막길이라 계단보다는 나은 선택⭐️

So easy to use and may our day in Amalfi so much easier. They were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service. We had some of the meatball at the cafe as well and they were delicious!?

La recepción y entrega fue rápida. Te dan un papel con un número que identifica tu equipaje lo que lo hace más seguro. Esta ubicado frente al puerto para bajarse del ferry dejar las mochilas y recorrer

This was a great service, lady in the shop was super friendly and more than happy to store my luggage. I walked past this store a couple of times trying to find it as the name of the shop was hid under a canopy, tip is that it is at the top of the steps off the main street.

The review from Jonas Fleck: "Don‘t book this one over the bounce app. It has an address in Amalfi. You‘ll book the wrong address. Book the one next door instead, world services SAS. It‘s at Via Fiume 115", came a day to late for us.

We booked this via the website as linked in google maps and upon arrival at the location we discovered that we booked the wrong location. The shop owner did not accept online payments anymore, instead wanted a cash payment. We didn't want to loose more time so we agreed and stored out luggage here (€5 per item). The service was then as expected. The luggage was stored in a backroom and upon return they were swiftly retrieved.

A thumbs up for Bounce's customer support. It took me more time to put together an email to request a refund, than it took for them to respond and refund the money. Within 10 minutes after I send my mail, I got a response and the refund ! Never experienced such a swift Customer Support.
