I contacted these guys for some space planning and cubicles for a new office of mine. Great response and had some great pricing. Install came and they were very professional and respected the new office. Didn't bang the hallways and mess up the carpet. The cubes look great and almost new. Very clean. Event he drawers were cleaned out and disinfected before arriving. They hooked up all the cubicles to specs and ran all the electrical as needed. I was ready to go to test them before they left. They simply came in, hustled the install and out they went. No issues and they stand behind the product and install. Quality product for a decent price. If you are in the market for a cubicle office, give him a call. He will plan it and price it out. Thanks again.

We recently bough 18 used cubicles from C and H. They were very attentive during the sales cycle as I kept checking back with questions while we built out our new office space. The showed up on time, delivered, and setup all stations in one day. I can't say enough good things about Bob who did the installation. He went above and beyond during the install making sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. I highly recommend C and H office solutions if you're looking for used office furniture.

These guys are great! Emailed them what I needed and they set up appointment and installed all our cubicles. Years later I called them again as we moved locations and they disassembled everything and reinstalled at new facility. Highly recommend!

We had purchased sales cubicles from this company back in 2015. The items purchased were pictured as a light gray panels and 3-drawer pedestals with light gray trim. We had discussed the color and needs extensively with Theo Hursch. We agreed to purchase some cubicles that Theo has sent us pictures of. In order to proceed, Theo required a 50% deposit via credit card on the order. We paid that promptly.

After the deposit was paid, we experienced delay after delay waiting for the cubicles to arrive. Once a delivery date and installation was scheduled (May 2015), Bob Culviner and his team arrived. They began unloading the panels and desktops and brought them into our office. The first thing we noticed is that all of the panels were not light gray but a kind of pinkish-tan. The panels were dirty with dark foot marks on them. We were told that they would clean them after they were assembled. As they began to put on the trim pieces and brought up the drawer pedestals, we noticed that they were all scratched up and gouged. Bob said that they could go to Home Depot to get paint and would do touch up and make them look almost new. Then they brought up the desktops. The tops were mismatched, had different color rubber/vinyl trim on the edges and looked very bad. This was not the product they had sent us pictures of. This is not what we had paid for. We talked to Bob and he said that they would remove the cubicles and that they would replace them. Bob said that he wanted to make us happy.

Bob also stated that these were from the cubicles pictured and that the color difference was probably due to lighting in the office where they came from, but agreed that they were not gray. Bob and his crew removed the cubicles and took them with them when they left. I contacted Theo immediately afterwards. Theo was going to try and find some replacements. We kept communicating with Theo as he promised to correct the problem. After about 3 weeks Theo had a product, but he said that we were very picky and asked for an extra $250 for "wasted time." We responded to Theo stating that we were not willing to pay the extra money as they did not deliver the product ordered. We told him we would pay for the remaining balance if they delivered the correct or a substitute product and once the project was complete. For a month Theo did not reply to several emails. When he finally responded he stated, "the problem is we already spent a lot of labor and time trying to get you an inventory in the first place, so for us it's all a wash. That's why we get 50% deposits, so when a customer isn't happy with something that we deliver, being used product and it's obviously not going to be perfect, then we are covered on all our costs. So for me this is all a wash as you were expecting something close to brand new and didn't like what we delivered when it was exactly what we showed you in the pictures. If you want perfect stuff for really cheap I suggest you lower your standards or just buy brand new stuff from the Herman Miller factory and start spending some real money." (Excerpt directly form Theo's email). We filed a Small Claims Action against C and H Office Solutions. Once the Small Claims Action was served, Bob tried to mediate the issue. We agreed to give C and H another opportunity to make it right. We stayed our Small Claims Action pending a resolution from C and H. After over a year of back and forth emails with Bob, all communication stopped.

We reopened our Small Claims Action and went through the court. We won the case. However, C and H Office Solutions, Theo, and Bob, have yet refused to pay the judgement and refund us our deposit and our court costs. It has now been almost 5 years! Needless to say, 1-Star is being very generous! Thank you Theo for the continued advertisement emails and now inviting me to post a rating and recommendation.
