My wife and I both go to Dr. Farhat, and we've found him to be a very good listener. He and his staff have always been proactive and prompt about getting referrals to specialists for us when needed. He has always provided clear descriptions and interpretations of the findings concerning our health status and conditions. In summary, we both rank him highly as a primary care physician.

Deeply disappointed with this doctor and his absolute disregard for compassion and patient care. I came in for pain and swelling in my joints and was prescribed a medication to relieve the symptoms temporarily. Dr. Farhat sent me out for bloodwork and then proceeded to not even attempt to contact me about the results, was unreachable even to his own office and Banner staff for more than half a month, and even ignored help from the Banner Health Customer Care Supervisors. In the 3rd week after seeing him, I randomly received a text message from Banner Health referring me to TMC. If I could rate him zero stars or otherwise convince people to seek care from someone else, I would.

Told me he was internist. He is not. He is a d.o. one believes in science (md) one believes in manipulation of bones,joints,and muscles. Does not listen well and wants to try his way or no way. I came from a true medical Dr care to someone who didn't have a clue. Refused to look at my records before changing my meds and messing with my well being. I am no longer a patient. Also office is very low class and feels dirty and old.

Met with him for the first time. Caring attitude, easy to talk to, pleasant and informative during my initial visit. I was comfortable with him a few moments into the appointment. Team (nurse, receptionist) all efficient and friendly. I’m happy I selected him as my doctor.

They are so worried about covid at this office that they can't get pass that.
I was recently treated at Oro Valley, emergency for cough/back pain, and found out that I have a blood Clot next to my lung. This causes me to cough. I was suppose to see Dr. Farhat today, but that didn't happen. I had all the proof that I was not positive for covid. They also didn't read my report from the hospital to prove what I was saying was correct. This means that nobody is doing their work prior to my visit. I'm officially done with Banner.....and this Doctor.

Worst doctor ever, worst nurses....in acute pain due to pulling a back muscle and no one has called me back in 6 plus hours. If you are too busy then perhaps you need less patients. Could not even ring through the office number, kept disconnecting and having to call another number to get transferred. so now in pain, wasted a day think this "doctor" was going to help and now I am in pain and frustrated. Truly awful. avoid at all costs unless you just need your weight and blood pressure measured.

Was assigned Farhat by AHCCS. Saw one star reviews and was expecting the worst, but he's really just a cool guy and no complaints. Not sure the uproar is justified.
