I recently started seeing Dr. Ali, and I have to say, he's awesome! He really listens to what you have to say and takes the time to understand everything you're dealing with. Further, he connects the dots for what does not seem clear.

You can tell Dr. Ali loves what he does. His passion for endocrinology and helping his patients is clear in every appointment. He's super knowledgeable and explains things in a way that's easy to understand.

Most importantly, his treatments work. Since I started seeing him, I've noticed big improvements in my health. I feel like I'm in great hands and finally on the right track.

His staff is fantastic too. They're always professional and genuinely empathetic. They communicate well and keep you in the loop about everything. Plus, when you call the office, you get to talk to a real person, which is such a nice change.

Overall, Dr. Ali and his team are amazing. They combine expertise with a personal touch that makes all the difference. If you're looking for an endocrinologist who truly cares, look no further!

An ethical healthcare provider would want their patient to understand them. This office denied the patient access to a medical interpreter and repeatedly threatened to cancel the visit when we requested one.

I was incredibly happy with my first visit. The staff was kind and courteous. I really appreciated one of the nurses teaching me how to give myself the prescribed injection. She made it a point to understand how nervous I was about it and take extra time with me. I cannot say enough positive things about the office and the doctor. He took incredible good care of me. He prescribed medications and made recommendations on healthy eating as well as some supplements that might be beneficial. This office is the definition of holistic. I wrote a good review in the past for Dr. Ali.
However, it was at the very beginning. Then I saw the true colors later. Most of the staff is rude, not caring or responsible.
Doctor Ali, lack of compassionate and responsible care for my medical needs made me speak up and he didn't like it.
I try to be a reasonable, educated and informed patient.
As soon as the Doctor realized that, he decided to drop me as his patient by sending a letter in the mail indicating so.
I simply tried to be my own advocate and he did like that.
So many things went wrong I had to make so may calls to try and get a Biopsy of my thyroid. It's extremely difficult to get a call through the office or to get a call back.
Dr. sent incomplete and wrong code referral for such procedures.
At one-point I told a stuff member that Doctor Ali had acted very irresponsibly. Then he decided not to see me anymore because according to him I was disrespectful.
He did like me saying he was irresponsible.
My recommendation is: save yourself a lot of frustration.
Seak for a Doctor and staff that shows concern, caring and compassion for you as a patient.

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. Have been calling for the past two months trying to get an appointment scheduled. Finally got someone on the phone last month and was told that they didn't have my referral. I have had my PCM send it over multiple times to the information they gave me. Got the office on the phone once again today, after nonstop calling. Was told I was no longer a patient there mind you I previously went to this practice over a year ago and had no problems. I asked what that specifically meant and was told to ask my PCM. I mentioned that I had the referral sent already multiple times and was rudely told to either follow up with my PCM or find a different endocrinologist. Clearly, this place doesn't need or want business, and I am happy I dodged a bullet by going here again or wasting my money. Be warned, do not waste your time!

After visiting this office that I was referred to to rule out pheochromocytoma I didn’t even make it past the front desk. Oh you did it now! I have been a nuclear engineer for the United States Navy, a CVICU charge nurse for 5 years and a nurse anesthetist for 20 years and I do have a doctorate. Dr Ali came to the front desk before I had even filled out my initial paper work and asked me what I was there for and I told him to rule out pheochromocytoma and he took one look at one of my labs and said I didn’t have it. He said I needed to go to a bigger practice and one of the big hospitals to get a diagnosis. I asked if I was going to have my appointment to discuss my symptoms and he basically said no! I was dumbfounded! I started to say my symptoms of hypertension, tachycardia and hyperglycemia and he gave me a print out of diets for hypoglycemia, I restated that I was hyperglycemia and not diabetic as my A1C was normal and he gave me a flyer for a diabetes class! It’s like he didn’t hear a word I said! If I acted like that even once at my job of doing anesthesia I’d probably be fired as Dr. Ali should be! Notice how his common response to these bad reviews is that “ our records show that you are not our patient “? Of course not you wouldn’t even take my appointment. I’m so glad the staff had not taken my copay yet! Stay away from this doctor! I’m going to look into further action with the board of medicine with the state of florida to try to protect the public from this guy!

I was treated with Dr Ali for about a year for Hashimoto Thyroiditis Disease , I have been trying different natural remedies (recommended by the Dr) to improve my breastmilk production and since this time around have been low, my milk productivity is only produced by latching baby and not by pumping. With this been said I asked my Employer to provide me an accommodation to continue my breastfeeding journey and they allow me to work from home with a Dr note that certify that I do have this Hashimoto disease that cause this hormonal problem.

When I called the Dr office to fill this paperwork they told me to email them with a phone number to be contacted that same day, that didn't happened. I called the next day and they told me that the Dr will fill them but in person, not on email. I went in person for it and when at the lobby they told me that I have to pay my copay like a regular wellness visit and I told them to bill me and then the lady at the from desk said that the Dr will not fill the paper work , when asked why she didn't have an explanation and walked away. I was left at the lobby and then the guy named Charles came and told me that the Dr will not even talk to me or complete my paperworks saying "Dr said he will not fill them because you are ok, have a great day" and walk away. I was in shock because the Dr knew my struggle to breastfeed since I delivered my baby, so I was super sad and mad because that guy Charles literally kicked me out of the office and walk away. They lady at the front desk looked at me so with a smiley gesture, SO RUDE!!

I will Never come back, If you are having this problem while breastfeeding, avoid this Dr's office, you don't need this mediocre staff to stress youout and make feel like I was feeling.

I just wanted to express how rude and unprofessional Dr. Ali staff is now. I have been seeing Dr.Ali for over 3 years and I have never been treated like a number. I will definitely be switching Doctors. I paid them 25 dollars to fill out a FLMA which they gladly took my money but refused to fill out my form properly to get it approved. I had to go to them 3 times because the form was incorrect and my Job nurse kept reaching back out to me about this form. They treated me like I was trying to make up for health issues which he has treated me for for years! I am so disgusted. Oh and they refuse to fill out the form which is a health assessment that was completely organized and detailed and they still could not fill it out properly.
