I don’t agree with all the negative comments! I had a great experience at this office. The front desk was actually extremely helpful and courteous (which is quite rare for a doctor’s office), I only had to wait 15 minutes to see the doctor. I came in for an itchy growth I’ve been having on my hand, it turns out it was a wart and he froze it off. I trusted his medical expertise. The growth has scabbed and fallen off after about a week like he said. I get that some people may want to chit chat longer but for me personally I just want to be in and out, and I like how efficient he is. No issues with this place, highly recommend! Also, beautiful office!

I went to see Dr. Quan H. Nguyen, MD
and I had a rash on both of my legs
he didn't know what the rash was and perscribed me a prescription
and it didn't work. I call the Dr. Quan H. Nguyen office to ask if he could take a biopsy and his office manager Holly said they couldn't take
a biopsy only if it was for cancer and my insurance wouldn't approve
the biopsy unless it was cancers. I called my insurance and they said I was covered under my insurance plan.
I call back and talked to the office manager Holly and told her that my insurance would cover the payment to the doctor. Holly the office manager was very rude short and wouldn't make an appointment to get a biopsy and told me I should go
to a different Dermatologist doctor office.
She said Holly the office manager
was very unhepful, lazy, acted like I was bothering her,
to ask her to work. This is the most unprofessional doctor office
I have ever been to ever in my entire life!
If the doctor don't know what kind of a rash the patient
the only logical thing to do is to get a biopsy
to see what is causing the rash!
I'm letting everyone know who is reading this review
not to go to this Dermatologist doctor office Dr. Quan H. Nguyen, MD!
You need to fine a different Dermatologist doctor office Now!
I can't believe that Dr. Quan H. Nguyen, MD has a license to practice medicine! Dr. Quan H. Nguyen, MD needs to have his license pulled now!
I have been to third world countries where I got better medical treatment!
Dr. Quan H. Nguyen, MD medical office get a rating of ZERO!

I'm not sure about Dr Nguyen, but a couple days ago I was seen by a woman (assistant ?) And she was EXTREMELY short and rude !!! I have some sort of skin (and internal) condition. I'm very worried it may possibly be affecting my health in a bad way !!! I've had it for well over a month now and due to a wrong self diagnosis and having to get a referral from my primary care doctor, it's been going on waaayyy longer than I can handle !!! Well she walked in the room and I gave her a quick 30 second explanation as to my symptoms and what's been happening, then from where she was standing (5 feet away) she amazingly diagnosed me, said..... just scabs, didn't look close or want to look at ANYTHING I had brought with me to get an accurate diagnosis !!! I'm 45 years old, skateboarded, played football, surfed, etc I've seen hundreds of "scabs" they have NEVER shown up all over my body out of nowhere, for no reason. In any case....she quickly dismissed me and wrote a prescription for ACNE !!! These "scabs" are all the same exact size and shape, also LOT'S of blood comes pouring out, whenever one is removed, or comes off, it's very concerning. I KNOW FOR A FACT I have something going on internally as well, mainly becoming EXTREMELY short of breath, which itself is horrifying, strong stomach pain, also multiple other symptoms which started occuring shortly after this condition appeared !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, Hopefully I'm still alive in a couple days and I will be more than happy, to leave an update on how my "just scabs" condition gets CORRECTLY diagnosed at a different REAL dermatologist, that actually cares about my health and well-being !!!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews for local businesses but after this experience I felt it was necessary to do so to help others be aware. The insurance company referred some of my family members here. The front desk and other staff were quite helpful in scheduling visits for both of them and checking them in (hence the extra star for the review). However, the visit with doctor itself did not last more than a few minutes-for BOTH patients combined. The doctor unfortunately has no bedside manners and was quite dismissive of their concerns. One of them was referred for a skin lesion. The doctor asked a few questions regarding pain and itching and then just whipped out a can to “freeze” the lesion off. There was no explanation of what was being done to the patient beforehand or any aftercare instructions provided at all such as what to look out for or how to proceed (except that it will peel off). The other family member was removed for a scalp cyst removal. They had done it previously with another physician with minimal hair removal. It’s completely understandable that different physicians have different techniques and approaches for certain procedures but when they brought up how they had previously done the procedure the doctor’s attitude worsened and was quite rude. I understand that he has quite an extensive background in his field and he had done this procedure quite a few times. However, that’s not an excuse to ignore patient’s concerns regarding the procedure or use it as an opportunity to tout how experienced you are. I’m currently in the process of looking for other dermatologists for them.

I made an appointment to see doctor Quan Nguyen (2022), a bad mistake. As I wanted him to see me, he had a very bad demeanor. He looked angry and was talking to me as if he was mad about something. I saw the reviews before I scheduled my appointment and thought it would be different, but the reviews say it all. Highly disappointed with the service. Beware, guys. The receptionist was friendly, and there was also a female dermatologist that helped me. She was much better, but I suggest you guys do more research! I’m not here to come after him. I just want people to be aware.

I was referred to this dermatologist by my insurance to check out a few moles and another skin concern. This doctor is terrible. On the intake form they ask if you are interested in additional services like facials, Botox, etc. I marked down that I was, but I will never go back to this guy. After sitting in the waiting room and watching a parade of people who came in after me get taken back for over a half hour, I was finally put in a room. The doctor came in and asked what he could do for me in a manner that said he had no interest in helping me at all. I was surprised by his hostility but told him why I was there. He briefly, very briefly, examined the areas of concern. After initially saying I had nothing to worry about, he said I should have one of the moles biopsied. The other one, which I was more concerned about, he said was a “regular keratosis.” Well a quick Google search shows no such thing and the keratosis that come up in the search apparently turn cancerous about 10% of the time. My mom died from an untreated skin cancer. I shared this with the doctor and he condescendingly told me that she must not have seen a dermatologist. Well she didn’t see any doctors due to her religion…My impression of this office is that it’s a skin care factory, churning patients through likely overpriced and brief treatments. He probably decided I needed a biopsy so he could squeeze some $ out of my insurance. My advice is to find another dermatologist.

Tammy is an excellent Esthetician After several times of skin care visits, my skin looks better and better. Especially with this Covid 19 time, wearing mask makes my skin unbreathable, however, Tammy did an amazing job to make my skin always look healthy and perfect. Thank you Tammy!

Avoid this office. I asked multiple times how much procedure would cost. I was told $110 after it took them 3 people to get me an answer. Some how I still owed $150 for a deposit, which they assured me I would get $40 back. 2 months later I called back wondering why I haven't received my money, and guess what, now I owe another $107 ($257 total). I guess they billed through the insurance, even though I am not covered. The dermatologist assistant was the only thing I liked about this place and I found out she left a week after I was there, probably tired of their shady ways of running the business.
