Very bad service.
Delivery Expected was 24th Oct

They have my order at their place from 24th October but they moved ‘out for delivery’ on 27th Oct 24.
On same day within an hour they updated status as undelivered and no call from delivery boy. He was not even picking up calls.
Next day on 28th Oct 2024, again they marked it as ‘out for delivery’ then within an hour changed status as undeliverable.
Again next day on 29th Oct 2024, again they marked it as ‘out for delivery’ and they didn’t mark it as undeliverable because if they do so then product will b cancel automatically so the status is still out for delivery but now today is 1st November and product is still not reached to my place.

Worst experience ever. We didn't received our ordered product. Product was not dilivered ny location and dilivery partner not calling me and they not respond my call

The delivery boy intentionally delaying my LG TV dilevery, I called him but not talking properly, My LG TV should have to deliver 17/10/2024 but very day he saying tomorrow I will deliver.

Worst experience ever. We didn't received our ordered product. Wrong product was delivered. And that too in damaged & defective form. We want to return/refund that product. But they don't show any option for return.
