I appreciate the honesty of this place. I recently moved here from chicago and it’s always iffy finding a mechanic that’s honest. i knew it was the transmission but before they concluded that. they actually took the time to investigate the car and see if there was a more simple and less expensive problem. i recommend them to anyone. if you want honest good work. thank you guys.

Wife needed a new battery in her Prius. I shopped around the the Auto Pros had the best program. The had a rebuilt battery as well as a new one. I selected the new one ( was not much more and had a great guarantee. The work was done prompt and as requested. I even had them do a few other things that were needed. The pricing was best I found and the tech was communicative during the entire work. Felt real good about experience

I have a 2005 Honda Accord that was rusted in upstate New York. Oscar keeps it running well so I don't have to get robbed by the dealer. His team didy timing belt and fixed a terribly rusty break system that was seized with rust. Between their amazing repairs and this good old car I have saved 1000s in car payments. Oh di I mention that I beat sports cars in lane to lane acceleration thanks to their fine tuning. They also worked with me on price and timing to spread out the cost. We start with essentials and go from there. Elizabeth and Alejandra are always greeting me with a smile. Great price and good people.

I'm extremely pleased with the dedication and professionalism of the service received by this top notch service center! My 2007 Toyota Prius, from the factory, had a defective hybrid battery, living with it, getting absolutely no co-operation for Toyota! Finally, a couple of years ago, I attempted to replace it with a rebuilt hybrid battery, but actually went backwards, with an even weaker battery! Finally, Oscar, the service representative,fully explained my options, proceeded to replace the hybrid battery with a BRAND NEW BATTERY, and the rest is his history! The car is driving BETTER THAN WHEN I DROVE IT OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Brought three vehicles in . Supplied parts myself, I was told as of today 09/20/24 we can supply our own parts and just use their labor? Management has changed said technician? The management was a fantastic family owned company that gave the community of Escondido quality services? New management has just got me my wife car my daughter car sent to another company right down the street that offers the same service and such a lost to Escondido auto pro I did like their service but not no more

It’s been 8 years of an awesome relationship with EAP (referred by the Toyota service department).
I’ve brought all 3 of my cars (2003 Tahoe Z-71, 2005 Lexus RX330, and 2006 Toyota Prius) since!
The quality of their service is “second to none!” Oscar and David are exceptional mechanics. They’re very customer focused by doing an excellent job in diagnosing, explaining, and maintaining my cars.
The value of their service is well priced, and I highly recommend them for anyone searching for a top notch garage!
The last thing I want to emphasize is the personal, professional way EAP’s front office functions because of Elizabeth and Alejandra!
