So I have had limited experience with FEDEX since moving here, but every delivery (about 8) has either ended up at the wrong house on my street or been so late if requiring signatures might as well block off two whole days on your schedule. It's gotten to the point I won't use them or retailers who use them. Hopefully, this is just a springs quality problem and not a standard across the company.

idk how yall are allowed to just place packages wherever you like around my apartment complex simply because you don’t want to look for the unit, but you guys are just asking for problems. this is the second time my package has been left just inside the front door to the WRONG building, where the heaviest foot traffic is. It’s just asking for my package to be stolen.

I just need some information about shipping a small turtle and I've spent 3 hours on their customer service number, been transferred to several places and was even verbally abused by a rep who seemed to be enjoying being rude. I just wanted some information, so I was prepared, and the turtle was in good hands. I'm never going to consider fedex for anything ever again.
I have seizures and can't drive. So going in would be a $60+ trip in Uber & lyft.

Sunday, January 7, I had a $500 foam mattress delivered by FedEx and rather than taking it 10 steps upstairs to put it in front of my front door, the driver left it conveniently downstairs. Picture.
This mattress weighs well over 100 pounds I’m a single woman and I cannot move it. So right now it’s approximately 6 PM on Sunday after filing a complaint with the 800 number customer service, I have my $500 mattress sitting downstairs in a public hallway.
Also, when I did call the 800 number the agent took the complaint and then assured me that another driver would be rerouted to do the job and complete it. That didn’t happen.

I have since talked to two other agents and one told me, there’s nothing we can do once it’s been delivered, the other one told me she would update the complaint but it wouldn’t amount to anything other than a complaint.
I also have nothing but the sofa to sleep on yet again tonight.
If your drivers aren’t willing to do the job that they were interviewed, trained, and tasked for, or given the equipment to deliver heavy packages to the front door of the customer, there’s absolutely no reason to be in the delivery business.

Quick service and easy parking. There is a big sign that directs you to this building at the intersection.
Bonus points if you get your package there before lunch, it goes out almost instantly.

I've used FedEx for years not the best delivery service but acceptable until this last year. The driver on my route is allowed to not deliver pkgs saying customer was not available and is not held accountable. Drivers get paid whether they deliver or not...I've actually seen him drive by and not even stop. I have contacted customer service and was given their training speech. I've received a phone call from a nice lady here locally but fear she has limited authority. After reading reviews I've realized this is not an isolated issue but a company one. So my advice to anyone wanting to receive or send a pkg try someone else. Its been a week and I'm still waiting for my pkgs I even asked if they could be be rerouted to a nearby Walgreens I'm still waiting for that to happen. I've now received a text they will be delivered Sunday I know that won't happen but if they do try their message that customer was unavailable will at least be true because I won't be home!!! A pkg I ordered this last Tuesday from Florida and asked to be delivered by USPS and was told it could be about 2 weeks by choosing this service I just received a text it's due for delivery on Monday. My advice Listen to FedEx customers reviews they are not lying.

The one star is for the second employee I worked with from FedEx Ship Center. I am thoroughly disappointed in FedEx service as they had no handle on a personal deliver for almost a week. I missed a home delivery that was actually scheduled to arrive the day BEFORE but who knows what happened there. The chaos and utter frustration that ensued from missing a home delivery was unacceptable. I was sent a wild goose chase around the city to try and find my package. No one at FedEx could give a definite answer of the location of my item. How can that be? Isn’t this what they do? My only positive experience in this weeklong nightmare was a FedEx employee that went above and beyond in her capacity to assist me in locating my lost package. She deserves five stars. FedEx only gets one star from me because of her.

FedEx is my last choice. They are probably the most incompetent of all shipping methods. Driver left a large cabinet I ordered on a random persons door step. This isn’t the first time they have done this. My neighbors are loosing stuff to other people pretty consistently by FedEx.
