Arrived at 10:00 am for a load pickup, staff intentionally have been taking extended breaks, playing on cell phones, and refusing to get the job finished. Investigated further found them to be hand loading the cartons instead of using pallets from one trailer to another. Loading has still not been completed as a new shift has taken over from the morning crew. Complete waste of time, do not deliver or pickup here. If a broker offers it, reject the load. Not worth your time.

Este es el peor lugar para venir, no les recomiendo venir aquí, el señor de los espejuelos con un tatuaje en el cuello fue bien grosero,al parecer sus padres no le enseñaron a tratar a las personas dentro de horario laboral.Por lo demás entré a cargar 8 am y se demoraron 9 horas en cargar. Exigen que los choferes lleguen sabiéndose la política de la empresa, algo que en la entrada no te dicen. En fin no vale la pena perder el tiempo viniendo aquí..

1st time to see Flexport here in Anchorage Alaska. Freight Forwarders with mixed reviews of good & bad. Good to see a mix of cargo planes with different logo on this 747s, joining UPS, FedEx, Western Global, China, Korean, Atlas, Cathay and more!

I am a neighbor of this company. This company turns a blind eye to emissions and the harm they are placing in my community. 24/7 days a week they have 18 wheeler trucks blocking the roads. Trucks and the drivers sleeping in the trucks, while the trucks are idled for hours in the early morning hours, while children in our community cannot sleep. The noise from the idle trucks is unbearable, not to mention the unsafe emissons coming from the idled trucks. As a neighbor, i have spoken to 1 manager and nothing has changed. The roads are damaged and the foundations of our homes ruined, due to the shaking from the 18 wheelers. Loose gravel plaguing each street. The traffic safety issues, is the worst, so much traffic that the 18 wheelers block the street and are often " Jack knifed" blocking my personal driveway. I will not give up. I will contact every police department, public safety department, Assemblyman in district 2 until they are brought to justice.

Hopefully you are reading this review before you actually get to this place and still have time to turn around , crash into a tree or light your truck on fire . Unless you like sitting on the street for 3 hours . Staring at a gate for another hour . Then watching people back up for an hour or so. Sitting at a dock for another 5 HOURS DO NOT COME HERE.

Arrived at 11.20 for 1 appointment. Was out by 11:55
Very friendly and kind security guard. Truck entrance is second gate. Pull up to the gate and press the call button and security guard will come to check u in and assign the door. They check your ID on arrival. It's customs and border protection associated place.they were ready to load when I backed in. First signed the bills n then got loaded fast and furiously ?. They want u to seal before u leave. Only concern is making right turn on McKinley ave. It's good bet to come as if u have to turn left onto McKinley ave,if ur turning right,make sure ur turning from Second or third lane, it's VERY TIGHT. All the best ?

Came here for the first time, had few small issues but nothing major. 5 stars is for the security guard. What an amazing human being. He went beyond my expectations to help me out. He should be given a promotion. Keep up the grat work
