If I could give them a negative 100 it still wouldn't be bad enough. The branch in Conroe Texas didn't deliver my order, and the company didn't refund my money. They said I was not entitled to due to me having to many returns. I've never had an account until last month when it came free with my Amazon Prime. I'm still in shock at how they are allowed to rip me off. GRUBHUB SUCKS AND I WILL GO BACK TO UBER EATS.

2nd time of No Service! They blame Yelp and vice versa
Be aware.
I’ve ordered twice and no delivery. Called customer service 3 times and no results.

50 percent of my orders have missing items. Grub hub needs to verify the order is fulfilled using the restaurant kitchen people to look in the bag!! Spent over $500 in 2 months having to deal with this! It is part of your job even if you can't look in the bag they receipt is taped to outside. Grub hub management deal with this serious issue!

I’m so angry right now; I usually wouldn’t write a review in this mindset but people need to know how the convenience of delivery works for a great number of people.
I placed my order and hit ‘submit’ only to see the app auto-corrected my info to the WRONG ADDRESS. I called customer service immediately and a helpful young lady called the delivery driver to give him/her the address correction. She came back and told me she spoke to the driver and my food would be delivered to me. That did not happen….
What actually happened: if customer service did what they said they did, the driver just blew it off. My order totaling $72 ( a lot for dinner for 3!) went to my neighbor kitty-corner from me. If I had looked out my window I could’ve seen them take my food in their house.
After a 2.5 hour wait, I heard my phone notifying me of a text message asking me how my driver did & if I enjoyed my food!!! I went to my neighbors’ to inquire about my food. The “lady” of the house said she told the driver she did not order it; he told her to enjoy the food, they would bring me a new order. That NEVER happened either.
So, I’m left to deduce Grubhub only requires a drivers license to become an employee. They apparently do not inform their employees that lying to people does NOT help build your customer base.
When I finally spoke with an actual human being he apologized, said they’d refund my money (in 7-10 business days!) and gave me a $10 coupon to use within 30 days. Obviously, my business means nothing to this company nor does the integrity I base all of my interactions on and expect in return. I will Never place another order with Grubhub… not in 30 years so forget $10 off.
Word of mouth spreads significantly faster when the news is bad; I really hope thats true and that all who read this download Doordash, delete Grubhub, and enjoy their deliveries coming to their ACTUAL RESIDENCE!

Driver cancelled order. I was immediately notified on 4-1-22. However, as of 4-19-22 know refund has posted. I have contacted grubhub via app chat 3 times. With only apology offered and links sent to my email on how to expedite refund. Expedite I say....Send it the way you took it..Quickly.....electronically....Please use DoorDash instead of Grubhub....or better yet....Pick up your own food!
