Product fine, delivery fine . However this company automatically sells your private information to Norton, who includes you in a sales and trial process for Norton products.
Before I wrote this review I gave them three days to respond. No response. I note this company is big on long lengthy public response to complaints.
I suggest they use that energy to find out why they have so many complaints .
As for me I pass on any company that sells my information as they count the money from my very first order.. The math is easy for me now,
I will NOT TRUST THEM AGAIN.
No long winded google Bullshirt response needed or required . ADIOS !

I ordered 2 mags. One, for my colt Government the other for my Officers. There was an error with the fit of the officers mag. Jeff, and Chris made arrangements for me to return the incompatible mag, gave me a store credit to offset the cost of being charged by UPS, to pick up the return from my home address, admitted a mistake was made, and helped me to order the correct mag. I’m Waiting for the refund to post, once they receive the returned mag. Overall, I’m very satisfied, assuming the replacement mags, are the right ones for my officer’s .45

Placed an order online November 2023 they finally ship 6 months later. I completely forgot since they took so long but now I live somewhere else so I have to pay to have it forwarded to me. I wont buy with these people again.

Be careful when ordering. If you return an item because it wasn’t what you expected. They will not refund you shipping to and from your location.

Need more employees during the holiday season…. 10 days to process an order plus the time it takes in the USPS mail is lengthy… also live right off the highway from them (8 miles) , would be nice to be able to pick up an order to help expedite the process. Will be back to update my review once my items arrive and give them a test at Elm Fork.

Not sure why there are bad reviews, communication was great, my address had to be fixed after ordering and they corrected it the next day, and my package came about 3 days later even earlier than expected, would definitely buy from them again.
