Sure the products are alright, but the service is bad. The employees always think you’re going to steal and can sometimes just be all up in your space if I’m being honest.

Is nice and clean, they have a large range of beauty products. The only downside is expensive for a beauty supply store and also the workers are kind of annoying always looking at you like you’re going to steal something makes you feel uncomfortable, probably won’t be going back unless I’m really desperate. Legit I was about to walk in on a different occasion and I turned right back around cus once again these workers just stand there and stare at you!!

Awful store.
1. They talk bad behind their customers backs.
2. Follow you around like hawks especially if you’re Hispanic or Black which is mind boggling considering they look very Hispanic. The employees act nice and try to offer assistance when in reality they just want to make sure you’re not stealing ! They don’t really WANT to help anyone. They groan when they have to get off of the floor they’re sitting on to check on you.
3. Their items are extremely overpriced, you’ll see drugstore brand prices hiked up so much more than the already inflated prices in this store.
And 4. They have so many damaged products , I’ve gone back many times despite their prices and employees to buy products just to find out that my lash glue is expired and other items too. Not just to me but to friends and family. It’s not fair to have expired or broken items especially acting like that and creating a mean environment where you’re every move is being watched.
As exciting as it is to finally have a beauty supply store in Sunnyside it’s not the worth the uncomfortable feeling you get as soon as you walk in. They get mad when you use testers, get mad when you use the provided makeup remover and cotton rounds. This place is awful. The owner is rude and so are his employees.

This place is horrible, these workers always be judging you and watching you ALL THE TIME as if you’re gonna steal something. Like I know y’all got people that steal but you don’t have to watch every single one. I usually let their behavior slide but today was just not it, this one miserable female worker decided to talk behind my back and accuse me and my friends of “wasting the cotton” like girl, we didn’t take ANY cotton but just ONE, acting like we got he whole stack. These people are just rude to you for no reason and target people of color too, ALL their makeup, including e.l.f is SUPER overpriced for no reason as well. If I could put 0 stars for this I would, that worker really should be grateful I even did nothing because I could’ve gone back and taken all the cotton stacks to piss her off. But no I didn’t because I’m a decent human being who at least respects people. This store really should be grateful that we’re really one of the few people that still go there, it’s no wonder that they get little business just from how rude they are. Never coming back again, don’t come to this store, it’s not worth getting judged for and being stared down at from these sad miserable no life workers.
