When a prominent online company was not able to do what we wanted, we emailed our digital artwork to H Frame and they turned it around in record time (we needed it for a surprise 50th birthday party) and it turned out beautifully. Dear Christina,

I thought this was a professional framing shop. I called prior to going in asking if your business is used to handle charcoal artworks and was told yes. I was heartbroken and horrified when your employee, Murphy, so nonchalantly placed his bare hands on my drawing and left a significant, 3-knuckle smudge. I don't think I can fix this. It's now ruined.

Even without smudging, it should be common knowledge to not place one's bare hand on any artwork because our hands have oils.

Murphy apologized but I understand from his tone and his reasonings that he doesn't truly feel sorry. He said I should have made an appointment (he told me it's ok not to). He said he felt he was in a rush due to me already waiting a while, etc. I don't care for insincere apologies. It's accountability I value and I suspect your business is not known for having accountability of any kind. I would not recommend your business to anyone who cares about their artwork.

I don't normally leave any negative reviews because I know the struggle of small businesses and we are all just human. But this is significant. My artwork is ruined. It is not ok. I hope you will take this feedback and improve your customer service and competency in the future.

I am in love with the frame that Kristina and Desiree made for me! I had a unique piece of art/currency that I wanted to be able to view from both sides. They came up with some awesome ideas and designs and then talked through all of the options with me. I appreciate their patience and communicativeness as it helped me to make a decision that I was completely comfortable with.

The final result was better than I ever could have imagined, I will definitely be recommending them to family/friends and using them for any future projects. It is obvious that they are passionate about their craft and strive to do their best no matter the size of the project. Thanks again!
