Pat answered promptly on a Saturday, took down information about our squealing dryer, showed up on the following Wednesday with several parts on the truck as he had a good indication of the issue.

He was able to repair it within about 45 minutes and had us back up and running.

Highly recommend his promptness and efficiency.

Price was great as well. Only thing I might do
differently is ask for an estimate ahead of time, just to have a better idea of repair costs.

We definitely recommend this place to help with used appliances! We were without a fridge for a month. When we stopped by to check them out, he had recently gotten in a nice Whirlpool fridge. He was very thorough in testing it and cleaning before selling it to us for a reasonable price. Very friendly, awesome customer service. Would go again for any appliance needs that may come up.

Great customer service. They had the part I needed. Even tested it before I left to make sure it was good. Part was a brand new oem heating element at a fair price and the gentleman in the shop not only had the part sitting out ready for me but also gave me a couple quick tips for making sure it was wired up correctly since this was my first attempt at fixing a dryer. Works perfect.

I've bought many things from them over the years. They are very riable and the service department has parts for even older models. I still have a fridge I bought about 5 years ago from them. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for used appliances

The repairman knew what he was doing, was kind, professional, and honest. He diagnosed the problem with our washer and provided us with a few options on how to proceed. We chose the more budget-friendly option of a used replacement part, which he promptly ordered and installed as soon as he could. I am very pleased with our whole experience and will recommend this company to all my friends!

I've had my dryer and stove worked on. Both were repaired perfectly. My only issues were trying to get a hold and make an appointment with the dryer guy. And waiting the week and a half until the appointment. Other than that....great service.
