The owner was extremely rude. He delivered the wrong order and didn’t send the correct one within an hour. When we inquired about it, he responded very rudely. We then visited the store, hoping for better service, but he remained just as rude. The customer service was terrible throughout the entire experience.

The owners of this liquor store allow the customers to purchase one bottle or can at a time and then hang out outside like it's a bar and leave their trash all over the sidewalk. The block this business is on is entirely polluted and has become a hang out for anyone wanting to get drunk, harass women walking by, fight each other, and dump trash on the sidewalk. The owners do not care one bit about the community they have a business in.

Be cautious when cashing your lottery ticket. Just a few days ago, an employee at a liquor store attempted to scam an elderly man. The man had won $2500 on a scratch-off ticket, and the employee claimed he had won $500, then took the ticket. Fortunately, the man demanded his ticket back and thwarted the fraud. Owner of the store is a nice person but that employee is very rude and disrespectful.

I recently ordered liquor from this store, and the delivery was completely wrong. When I called to address the issue, the owner, who was clearly already drunk, was extremely rude and used bad language. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I highly recommend looking for another store where customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. Very disappointing experience!

Rude behavior of owner. Getting wrong order on delivery and they are not ready to change it. There are better options near by rather then pay for your stuff and getting insulted by the owner personally.

Owner is extremely rude and he doesn’t know how to behave with customers. I recently placed an order and they delivered wrong items., so called for exchange he abused me with bad words. It was terrible experience with me and my friends.

My recent visit to this store was marred by abysmal customer service and shocking abuse from the owner. Despite being the only customer, I encountered indifference and unhelpfulness from staff. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the owner responded aggressively, hurling insults and creating an intimidating atmosphere while abusing me. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable. Management must address these issues promptly to ensure all customers are treated respectfully. Don't ever visit the store, we have better options nearby.
