It has over 80 US stores and locations in Canada and the UK, specializing in Asian products and catering to Asian-American shoppers. The name "H Mart" comes from the Korean phrase "Han Ah Reum," meaning “one arm full of groceries.”

This H Mart, located in Centreville, is one of the largest H Mart supermarkets in Northern Virginia. It offers a wide range of products, including imported specialty foods from various Asian countries, meat, seafood, produce, prepared foods, frozen foods, traditional desserts, and baked goods. The store has a customer service counter, a food court, and some small retailers. The store is located in Old Centreville Crossing, an area that is surrounded by many Korean restaurants, making it convenient for customers to grab a meal after grocery shopping. The store website has a weekly digital flyer with bargain prices on items sold on Fri-Sun.

Great place for Asian products at a good price. There’s a large selection of diverse goods available. Most of the products are East Asian (it’s a Korean supermarket, what do you expect), but there’s also a good about of products from other regions (Indian, European; and Western). The place is overall pretty clean and there’s plenty of staff to help you find certain items. There appears to also be a couple of restaurants/cafes within the store where you can buy ready-to-eat meals, but I didn’t have the chance to look a close look.

If you're looking for Asian ingredients, this is the place to go!

I recommend the H-Mart in Centreville because it's well organized and has a great selection of fresh vegetables.

Check out the weekly flyer at the entrance to find great deals. There are also free newspapers at the entrance.
If you want to learn Korean, this is a great place to start.

This H-Mart Centreville is clean and well organized. They have all sort of Asian stuffs. They have food court inside the store which served great Korean dishes. Aside from that they sell some ready to eat Korean meal/food that was on the last aisle near the food court. They have fresh fruits and vegetables. Korean yams and Korean pears are sweet.

Lotte Plaza Mart allows me to access my rewards account simply by entering my phone number, and I can redeem points directly at the cash register. However, at H Mart, I have to search through my wallet for my rewards card or pull it up on my phone to scan it each time, which is inconvenient. Additionally, to use my accumulated points, I need to go to the customer service desk to exchange them for a gift card, which adds unnecessary steps. I would appreciate it if these processes could be improved.

orderly and clean market. You will find a bit of everything, fruits, vegetables, various sauces and condiments, fresh fish, meats and also traditional Asian food, gummy rice. highly recommended
