I bought a 2005 Nissan Murano here in November 2022 for my 82 yr old grandmother. I waited a while to write a review to ensure I’d have no problems with the truck and I have not. We’ve done routine maintenance and with the exception of regular wear and tear of a vehicle that age, we’ve had NO problems. Oscar was patient and not pushy. I got good vibes when I came to the dealership that day and met another gentleman there who bought a car the same day; neither of us had been to H & R before. Meeting him was divine intervention. This purchase was worth the trip from Baltimore and I couldn’t beat this deal for under $5K for my grandma ❤️. It had already passed VA state inspection so we had no issues with registration and tags in VA. It didn’t pass MD state inspection, but that’s no reflection on this dealership . I personally think MD just likes to get over and take people’s $$!! This vehicle meets her needs and I am satisfied . I would buy here again and recommend the dealership.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I BOUGHT A CAR SEPT 16 and two weeks later it broke down and now they act like they can’t help so I have gotten a lawyer involved!! Not only that, because I’m a woman they have taken advantage but if I was a man it would be a different story. I never had any issues like this before their cars are not certified like they claim they don’t do any maintenance on the cars I was told my car never got an oil change tune up etc. they did nothing but wash it up to make it look nice the car is trash I have asked to speak to the owner several times they still give me the run around I have asked for a loner car until they can fix the bad car they sold me they ignore me so now I have gotten a lawyer. I will also go to the news stations and make this entire situation go viral since no one wants to help… DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE THEY SELL LEMONS

H&R AUTO my experience was positive. Yasser was very friendly and knowledgeable,helping me find a vehicle that suited my needs. The car was in good condition and match the description provided online.the purchasing process was straightforward and they handled the paperwork efficiently.However, I did notice a cosmetic issue with the car after purchase , but the dealership promptly addressed it under their warranty, which I appreciated overall , I would recommend H&R auto to other looking for reliable used car

The customer service @ H& R is topnotch. A warm welcome that they have kept past my car purchase . Kal, the Owner insisted I do a test drive before I bought the car, even when I felt good about it. He just wanted me to be ?. I asked for extra swag & he was happy to give me the extra stuff..., cover for the steering, cleaning of the headlights after purchase... + He offered me a consult option every time my car needed repairs or had a problem. See, I have limited knowledge about cars. That extra made me feel even the more confident about the car post purchase. Not to mention, everything about the car is great. Love & enjoy driving it.

This is a dealership you can trust & depend on!! Highly recommended.
