Stick with what you know, which includes that Dunkin’ right next door. The Dunkin’ line might seem longer, but believe me, it’s worth it. This is a trashy “NY bagel”. Don’t waste your time or money. It also took long, like if they were there making the eggs and bacon on a stove top. Ha… clearly packaged and reheated. I wish I read the reviews before ordering a $10 (if you can even call this a) bagel.

We tried this place at JFK and it was slow. The bagel was fresh and delicious, but the food itself was meh! My eggs were too runny and the bacon was extremely oily. I felt like a greased chicken after eating that food. The service was slow since there were only two ladies working at 4:40 a.m. I know that this was early, but management should look at the big picture and prioritize customers. The wait was long and unbearable. Great bagels though!

Meh. You would think having a NY bagel in NY would be an experience; even if it is in an airport. The bacon was pretty good, the egg kind of disappeared in the bagel. The issue is they toast the bagel with the bacon, eggs & cheese, they don’t toast the bagels first the make the sandwich which would have a better/different texture than the egg, thus improving the mouth feel of the eggs with the contrast of the toasted inner bagel. I digress. But what can you really ask for at 3 in the morning.

Absolutely awful place. Go next door to Dunkin and you'll save money, time, headaches and youll get a better bagel.

Quality of the food and bagels is very bad. Place is horribly managed. Totally understandable that things can get busy at an airport, but there is no system in place to deal with orders. Some people wait two minutes for their order, others wait twenty, with no respect for when the order was placed. Don't waste your money here.

Scrambled eggs shouldn't be blue, and you shouldn't have to pick foil out of your bagel where it was sliced. Bagel itself was fine, egg flavor made it pretty unpleasant. As a rule, I don't throw away food, but I quit after a few bites.

Crowded, service took sooooo long I almost had to leave without my food to take my connection flight. After a lot of costumers had already ordered it, they started saying they were out everything bagel.

I've fallen out of the habit of reviewing places on Google Maps lately, but felt it was my duty as a fellow traveler to warn people to STAY AWAY!

First of all, good luck getting what you ordered. My order had no less than three errors (wrong type of bagel, bagel not toasted although specified when I ordered from kiosk, and finally, no capers). The no capers thing I could probably have dealt with, if not for the fact that this was, without question, the blandest bagel sandwich I have ever had. No, I'm serious. How in the world can an everything bagel be bland? Kudos.

Add to all this the fact that you are paying airport prices, and well, let's just say I wished I would've checked the other Google reviews about this place before ordering. But you, dear reader, you don't have to suffer the same fate as me. So, go now. Go now and tell my story. The people need to know.

By far the worst bagel in NYC. 30 dollars for 2 bagels with scallion cream cheese, bacon, an orange juice and a coffee. Not only was it 30 dollars, but both bagels were cold even after asking for it to be double toasted. Walked all the way to my gate only to find out they forgot the bacon. I get that airport food is expensive but how hard is it to follow instructions on an iPad? Don't get me started on the rubbery texture of the bagels. Do yourself a favor and just go to Dunkin next door.
