Served by Brooke and she was amazing! She helped my daughter decide on which fur coat suited her best (after I had picked the wrong colour and size for her birthday ?).
Brooke was so helpful and really made my daughter feel comfortable in the shop.

Was in Romford store today with my girlfriend as she needed an outfit for a party this weekend, she was having trouble making her mind up. The two women in the shop made her feel confident and to make her mind up and also feel amazing in what she was wearing. They really did sell the dress! From the minute we got in there to the minute we left it was nothing but welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be recommending if any of my friends need an outfit for their girlfriends?!

Finished work at half 6 to see h&l doors still open so thought I’d go have a look to see what theyve got to offer, for then the staff to put their hands up and shouted were closed if you was closed you would close the shop and doors so the public won’t walk in as I work in retail myself, before walking out I shouted maybe next time shut the doors if you are closed and politely shut the door for them.. I would not be shopping in that store again prefer lakeside one anyways.

Have not enjoyed shopping for many years due to fashion being so rubbish. Found very classy styles not badly priced. Staff were amazing to talk to and wonderfully helpful for someone like who has lost touch with fashion.

Don’t get the bad reviews I personally love their clothing makes a change not all revealing clothing, they have a great range and I’ve got quite a lot out there so far it’s my go to for a new outfit shop! The women that work there are always nice to me too

Love the girls who do the eyebrows always do such a gud job been going to them 4 many yrs. DON'T like the nail bar bit tell us a time then half hr later still waiting then say another 2min ended up leaving the nails.

Hi I saw people protesting outside your shop in romford today. I really like your products your selling but if you are selling real fur myself and family will be boycotting your shop and spending our money elsewhere. Please look into the fur trade and research the atrocities. Fur is unesscary and the process is barbaric and cruel. Please stop selling fur.
