Delivery driver, Louis Cruse, is hands down the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever experienced. The complete lack of respect for our time and zero empathy skills were blatantly apparent from the first 5 seconds of interacting with him.

Our delivery window was 12-4 on a weekday. We took off work. We moved multiple pieces of large furniture and turned our entire house upside down to ensure he had enough room to do his job successfully. We were told he would call us 30 mins prior to arrival. 4:00 rolls around - still nothing. Finally, at 5:00, he calls and says he will be here in 15 minutes.

He calls at 5:20 and says he isn’t comfortable driving up to the house in our parking lot. I assured him that large trucks drive up all the time and he would have ample room to maneuver the truck. Still, he refuses. He walks up to our house without the dishwasher, takes one look at our existing dishwasher, and says he can’t deliver it because he can’t uninstall our existing one from the shutoff valve. I said, “no worries - we can easily uninstall it in the time it takes you to walk back to the truck and bring the dishwasher inside.” He refused. He said since he has seen the old dishwasher hooked up the shutoff valve, it’s against company policy to deliver and install our new one.

He kept claiming he needed a photo of the shutoff valve with no water hookups attached to show that installation was done. If Louis Cruse had one ounce of problem solving skills or a few more brain cells, he would’ve been able to understand and implement one of the MANY solutions I was offering to him. I even offered to install the dishwasher ourselves - he refused.

I called corporate and explained this situation, and guess what, Louis?! They were APPALLED and said you could have absolutely left the dishwasher here without installing it. But that would’ve been too inconvenient for you on a Friday at 5, right? Right.

This man should be fired. Period. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but these folks are the worst. Last Friday, they told us our delivery slot would be 12-4. They got here at 5:30 then refused to install our appliance citing a “company policy” that it had to be disconnected first. I offered to disconnect it but they still refused. When we called customer service they stated they never had heard of such a policy. We had the same time slot lined up for today. They still hadn’t shown up at 4, so we called and they said they were two stops away. They never showed up and stopped answering the phone. It’s some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. They won’t even let us go pick up the appliance ourselves. Do not do business with this company if possible.

This company is unconscionable!
All day I received texts telling me where I was in line to receive my refrigerator delivery.
Hours later I received an email saying I am 2nd in line now.
An hour later they called and said they were not delivering my refrigerator because it was too cold.
The forecast had not changed since yesterday, when a cancellation would have been feasible.
We completely emptied our refrigerator, moved it out from the wall, turned the water off, and stayed home all day when there was a death in my family where we should have been instead.
Apparently they made seven other deliveries then decided it was too cold. Then they lied and said my driveway was not clear which I have pictures dated to prove that was untrue.
Horrible, horrible people you would never want inside your home delivering anything!

Terrible customer service, they will lie to you every chance they get
Examples:
Deliver an electric dryer said they couldn’t do it due to a shut off (again it’s electric)
When I called they said the only day they area in my area is Tuesdays (they delivered it on a Friday)
Wait over a week said they couldn’t do it needed a new work order, when I called back they said no that they would be there that day between 12 and 4 this was at 1 PM.
Come 4 o’clock no one has showed up I called back to be told oh no the truck broke down and they can’t make because they only do it on Tuesdays.
So we went from an electric dryer needing shut off valve.
To we need a new work order to
The truck broke down so my suggestion is just don’t use them still don’t have a dryer
