After coming for an oil change many times, I will never come back. when it should be something quick and even more so when the car is new. Today, 12/31/12, they took almost 4 hours for an oil change. I do not recommend anyone to come for an oil change even if they wait or leave the car.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Larry Miller Jeep. My service advisor has been Francisco ever since we purchased our Jeep. Francisco has always gone above and beyond to help us out with our service visits. We purchased an extended warranty and Francisco has helped us use the warranty to the best he can for our service needs…. We just got the lower arms replaced with minimal hassle. Francisco communicated everything that was going on and called and asked for approval on everything that we wanted done. I recommend Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep to all friends and family…

My Jeep overheated and sprayed coolant. I called Larry Miller and Mike answered the phone. I dropped the Jeep of after hours and put my key in the drop box. Mike kept me up to date with issues and they have an app that shows the progress of your vehicle, similiar to Dominos pizza tracker. I was notified when done. Work was complete and accurate. Back on the road. Great experience.
Mike is a great guy, I see why he is the customer service rep.

I am here almost every day buying parts from Rito and Alan. One thing for sure, these guys ALWAYS take care of me. They are always smiling, they always have a good attitude, really awesome, knowledgeable, friendly young men. These guys always find the part I need, this dealer has really fair prices, and a lot of what I need is always in stock. I'm treated like a king, such fine customer service.

DO NOT go to the Dodge/Ram dealership for your parts . The guys over there are miserable and you will NOT feel welcome.

My name is Milton and I bought a Jeep at Larry h Miller Avondale and I had the most wonderful experience it was fast clean no lingering it was just an awesome buying experience and there's one person that I really want to put a shout out to he wasn't my salesman my salesman was Julio who was just amazing he got everything ready and done and it was just awesome how everything was ready but there's one person I want to give a shout out who went above and be beyond his duties he had nothing to do with my sales with my purchase with nothing but just his personality his name is Bruce and his last name is Weiss. I saw him when I was picking up my Jeep and I just asked the guy hey can you answer question for him answer a couple questions for me he came right over sure no problem and I asked him the questions and he went above and beyond after the place was closing to show me all the features of my new Jeep Wrangler and he would just didn't care he didn't care what time it was he took care of me like you would not believe so I want you all to know that everybody at Larry h Miller Avondale they are just a bunch of people women and men love to help people and make their experience a really good purchase experience and Bruce ended on the note that he made me feel like I was cared for and that I was just not another person buying a vehicle at some other places which always do that and over here Bruce is amazing so please if you ever ever ever need anybody to talk to buy from everything go either for Bruce or Julio okay but I do recommend Bruce highly highly highly because of the way he treated me even after hours so thank you!!!
