Unfortunately I had to have my 2021 Jeep Wrangle repaired due to a car hitting the rear end of my Jeep. I understand accidents happen but even so I was upset with needing to deal with the whole repair process and knowing my Jeep now has a black mark against it. I wanted my Jeep repaired to its previous condition. Fair expectation right? The visible damage appeared to be on the bumper But, I could clearly see the back gate and external tire rack were not matching. There was a slight cant to the left on the tire rack. It wasn’t until the door gate was removed and the tire removed that you could see the hidden damage. Rudy was an excellent listener as I pointed out exactly where I saw the problem. He proceeded to get my Jeep back to pre-accident condition. Thank you Rudy for showing me respect and repairing my Jeep to my expectations! I highly recommend Rudy!

I brought my brand new Toyota Tacoma here after someone ran into it while I was parked. The left passenger door, front left quarter of the bed and back window all needed to be replaced.

Travis was really helpful in getting me scheduled and my truck fixed up. There were a few minor issues throughout the process but they always took care of my needs/request. Thank you, my truck looks new again!

The girls at the front were kind & helpful. Brenda got us squared away with Sam. Who took care of my vehicle in a timely & cost-friendly manner after my car accident. We even ended up using them for my husband's vehicle later on. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had my Nissan Rogue's mirror repaired at LHM Collision Center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were quick to assess the damage and provided a clear and reasonable estimate. The repair process was impressively fast, and they kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks as good as new, and I appreciate the attention to detail they put into their work. Highly recommend LHM Collision Center for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and friendly service!

Mario is the best. Hands down. Going "above and beyond" doesnt even cover it. Excellent customer service and communication. There are not enough good things I can say about him and the team. If you have an issue, go see them.

I was involved in a minor accident on 12/23/2023. My 1999 jeep was hit in the drivers fender by a tesla who decided that stop signs didn't apply to him. My jeep sat I believe until late February or March, not of any fault of the shop we could not get anybody from the tesla's insurance to get back with us.
I brought my jeep to 3 different shops, the one I used to work at down the street (Liberty Goodwrench) didn't want to do it because they were too busy, Which at least they were honest about. Larry H. Miller, where the initial estimate was something like $1,200. Which in this economy seemed pretty unlikely. So I said I want to take it somewhere else. I took it to the Ford body shop right down the street. They sent me a initial estimate for around $6,500. This is where we hit our first snag in this story.
I was then informed that Louie had already accepted the estimate and that the body shop I preferred could no longer touch it and I had to come pick up my Jeep, and let it sit in it's little cave until Louie was ready for us. Now I work at exactly the same time as this shop is open so it's hard for me to deal with this because I work durring their business hours. So my mom, since I'm gen z and privileged, she allows me to be on her insurance still, she was doing most of the interaction at this point. We dropped it off, everything was fine. This is around the time I called Louie asking him if he could do me a favor and get me all 4 fender flares so they'd match instead of one brand new flare and 3 super faded flares. Which is a reasonable request. If he had said I'll see what I can do, then called me an hour later saying nope won't work boss, I would have been not happy but content with that. This was not his response however. It was "not my job contact USAA about it", it was his job come to find out. He said no.
So in about 2 weeks my father gets a call saying my car is done. I call Louie and ask him about my axle and control arms that had been bent up in the accident, he acted like it was the first time he's hearing about it, but assured be it would be "fixed" and they had already done the alignment.
I received my jeep back the first time with a fresh coat of paint, and get this, 4 fender flares because the ones that I had were discontinued. So Louie with his tail tucked between his legs had to tell me that he got me all 4 flares like he was doing me a favor. But absolutely nothing else was done to it. The bent up axle was still bent.
So it sat in the garage for another month, then I bring it in one day while I'm off and tell Louie to his face for the first time everything that was wrong. This is when they take it, and tell me everything is fine once again, so I call Louie's boss, Rudy to voice my displeasure. He's they guy who replys to the reviews. He treated me like I was a child and refused to listen to me because I was cursing and backed up Louie. Then come to find out I was right, my axle was all bent up and needed to be replaced. So they put a "new" axle on it and one new control arm and call it good, nothing else. I got it back once again ,it still drove terrible. The next day there is a puddle of oil on the floor coming from the axle housing. They had got an axle from the junkyard that had been modified and welded back up. It leaked all over my floor my about 2 more months while they dragged their feet about contacting us on when to bring it back in.
This last time I received my jeep was on 10/11/24. It is finally done. Louie made it a point to tell me they "rebuilt all the seals" and finally replaced my tires that still had the marks from the Ford body shop indicating that they needed to be replaced. It's finally over. This shop is absolutely incompetent and will not treat you with any form of dignity or respect unless you catch them in their lies. I'd personally go somewhere else. If you made it this far cheers to you. Go somewhere else. I promise you it will save you a headache. If you are not well versed in cars you'd have no idea they are scamming you. Go to a more honest shop. This is not it.
