Hands down, how customer service should be! I used to be a Honda Servise advisor, and let me tell ya! This is as close to a perfect score as the dealer and advisor can get. The dealer was clean and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. My service advisors name was Nick, he is the best ?! Took care of all my needs! He went above and beyond to get my leak axle seal covered under a goodwill warranty even tho I had it denied once at another dealership. They also offered me a rental car while my truck was there for a safety recall. Nick and his team got everything done in three days, and I left with the confidence, knowing it was done correctly the first time. Thanks, Nick! You have a customer for life, and I am bringing all my family and friend vehicles here from now on!
