We even stopped for lunch at Cane’s on my test drive at my request! Larry Miller has a soft sell approach with no pressure! Love love love this place & their team! Even Nick the finance guy was easy going & information! I have never had such a great experience before buying a car. The only thing is you may want to plan on being there about 4 hours, although I have been 6-8 hours at other dealers, so even the FLOW was amazing! I highly recommend Teresa, and Larry Miller on Bell Rd! I am also in LOVE with my new 2025 Hyundai Pallisade SEL!

No nonsense purchase experience.

I contacted them for initial out the door quote including all taxes and fees. Their offer beat other dealerships in the area by $3-5k and car was priced below MSRP on their initial offer. Fair people not looking to nickel and dime you. Adreonna was my sales rep and she was very helpful in organizing my test drive and purchase appointment and made the purchase experience very straight forward.

Leased a car this weekend. Great offer out of the gate, no hassle, understood the incentives being offered by national and didn't try to hide like other dealers in the area. Kevin was great to test drive with - no hokey sales crap and sales manager was fair without being overly pushy - clearly wanted to make a real deal. Finance manager was fast, personable and helpful with questions.

Detail wasn't the greatest but I understand as it was an after hours deal. I work in marketing and this is a great dealership for people who just want to skip the crap, have a real conversation and get a car.

Absolutely superb. This was the best buying experience I've had in 40 years across about a dozen cars. Adreonna, Luis and Dakota were terrific to deal with, well trained in the products and features of the vehicles, they were informative, respectful, not pushy, no high pressure, personable, and above all, professional. Folks, this is the kind of treatment you would expect at a high end luxury car dealer, seriously. I had visited three other dealerships while shopping and not one of those came close to these guys. I'd highly recommend giving them a try. No BS, none of that typical dealership sleaze or shenanigans. Closing was a breeze as well. Everything was well explained upfront, no surprises, no gotchas. Fair price and great experience. Would definitely buy from them again. Alex, Jacob and Nathan were great. Only negative is they didn't gas up the vehicle as promised and had less than 1/4 tank to get me home which wasn't enough. Other than that, was a great experience.
