We just got an oil change and tire rotation on 10/19/24, and Jason in service was extremely helpful to answer questions about our warranty and about the oil change and tire rotation packages. We were unaware that there were limited oil changes and tire rotations on our package, because our other dealership on Havana didn't explain that to us. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Jason and the service team that worked on our Jeep. We will be back for sure!

The staff seemed nice, and as if they were trying their best while being understaffed. That being said, took my car into get a new turning switch, part cost 250 from Mopar, took me 10 min to repair myself, just unscrew 3 bolts and plug it in... they quoted me over 1k+ and kept my car overnight for diagnostics(+$250), i do not think they even looked at it... if you choose to go here, get second opinions and make sure you can't just easily do it yourself.

I recently had a easy wiring issue with my 2014 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel. I was so disappointed with the amount of time to get my truck even looked at. It took 3 weeks without a vehicle and me complaining that I need it back or my rental, because I have a full bumper to bumper warranty from Larry H Miller that covers rental. But, since they could not look at vehicle for so long after my approved appointment, no rental would be authorized. I finally got my truck back and found out it was a simple wiring issue that didn't take much time at all. The only bright spot was Selvin the service advisor I have used multiple times. He stayed in constant contact. They definitely need to figure out the scheduling issues or I won't be coming back and will be warning my people about the issues at this location.

I travel full-time and need an oil change in my RAM Power Wagon (gas engine). I scheduled it 3-4 weeks ago for 8 am. Arrived this morning, and the service assistant said they would need the truck until mid-day. I asked why so long for an oil change. She said the techs dont come in until about 9:30 a.m., and normally they would need it the entire day, so I was actually lucky it was only half a day. She told me they would normally do this service at their lube & oil facility down the street, so she didn't know why I was scheduled at the truck center.

I had driven an hour to make it to this 8 am. appointment and could not wait half a day for an oil change due to their mistake. This was a very disappointing experience that I have not gad at other dealerships around the country as we travel. I won't be back here again and would recommend avoiding this dealer unless you have no other choice.

Sadly, we will never buy or bring our trucks here ever again!

After being reassured when we dropped it off this morning for an oil change and fuel filter replacement that it would be ready for pick up by mid-morning, we are now (after 1:15pm) told that it won't be done until end of day (around 6pm) because THEY HAVEN'T EVEN TOUCHED THE TRUCK!!!!

Absolutely absurd how they time manage and provide empty promises!! Horrible customer service!

They just lost what used to be a loyal customer, and I'll be sure to advise everyone I know not to bother wasting their time going there.

This store has to be one of the most unprofessional shops I have ever dealt with. They have had my truck for going on a month. After being told it was fixed I had to return it 2 hours later now a week later I'm being told they know what it is but can't find the time to find the cause and fix it. As if it is not getting paid for like every other customer. The communication has also been equally frustrating.

I recently traded in my 2012 RAM 1500 Big Horn towards a brand new 2022 RAM 1500 Rebel-Night Edition. This whole dealership and staff Especially "Andrew potma" who was my salesman have been GREAT!!
I am also having additional work done to the truck and they have been very communicative about appointments, any concerns I might have and just want to make sure I was happy and satisfied.(Above and beyond !!)
Overall these guys, the Dealership and all the staff are AMAZING!!!!!
